Once again i would give zero stars if able to!!!! After months of so called treatment of my German…read moreroaches, they have gotten worse!! I have REPEATEDLY asked that they spray all the rooms, the answer," well that's very invasive "!!! I say that is what I need!!! In the past month I had to remove everything from my shelves and all they did was use some foam and put in the cups! I had to remove my parrot from the area! Guess what! The next week the exterminator never even checked the cabinets!! And previously i had told him that i had them in my coffee table! He never looked until the next week when i yold him again!!! A couple of years ago i had them where I lived Orange Pest was amazing ! They sprayed and put cups everywhere and after 4 weeks they were gone!! I never had to empty my cabinets! This now has been going on 3 months!!! And is worse! Unfortunately I am at the mercy of your company because I live at Cirrus apartments! Either Cirrus didn't check your reviews or they were the lowest bidder! I am completely angry!!!

They charged me thousands and a monthly fee and I still have a major termite infestation. I called them (which took many days and many calls) before anyone responded when they finally returned my call they said that they would have someone come out and inspect my home again and they would set up a time for tenting the house at no charge. Now they're telling me they want several thousand to tent the house that they should have tented over a year ago. I have been living with a major termite infestation because Truly Nolan either doesn't know what they're doing or they just like to rip people off probably both! I'm now ready to hire an attorney because living with termites is not fun especially with major health issues plus the termites are destroying my home something Truly Nolan could care less about! Don't bother calling them, if you do be careful they will rip you off.

Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommended!…read more My parents have been happy and loyal Royal Palm Pest Control customers for years, so when I moved to the area a year ago and was looking for a pest control company, they suggested I give Royal Palm a ring. And I'm so glad I did, for 2 key reasons: 1.) IT WORKS: From a purely functional perspective, the treatment definitely helps keep pests at bay. For the first few weeks after we moved into the house, spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs were nearly everyday occurrences (as they tend to be in Florida). After Royal Palm treated, it felt like we had our house back. We pay for quarterly treatments, and while they offer free interim treatments if we notice an uptick in pests in the home, we've never had to avail ourselves of that offer. If we ever see an insect in the house, it's rare, and they've usually given up the ghost by the time we find them. 2.) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SPECTACULAR: They always call US to schedule our quarterly treatments, which is a nice perk because I'd never remember. They're always friendly and professional. And our technician (Craig) is a super nice guy. Very efficient, always on time, AND he wears booties over his shoes when he comes into the house, which is such a nice touch. We like to maintain a "shoe-free" home to keep the floors clean, but we don't typically ask guests to remove their shoes because we don't want to make folks feel uncomfortable. So the fact that he wears paper booties over his shoes as a matter of course is just an incredibly thoughtful thing to do. Again, highly recommended!
