sent my ficm for my 2003 f-350 6.0L to them for repair and upgrade to the 58v to make my truck run better back in Sept 2017. now to present day been having issue with starting the truck for the past few weeks. i decide to start looking into why and found the ficm to be having major voltage issues and not staying up to correct power levels, on top of that found the pins had a arc weld with the plastic and caused 3 pins to melt almost thru. now because of that i have to replace a main power harness which costs $1100 and is dealer only and have to now replace the FICM again the repair was a hack job and wish i never sent it to them for repair read more

Horrible, I am just one more that wish I could do a no star. I ordered and ECU from them, I did receive it in a few days. I opened the box and it was dirty and greasy but I figured ok it is a remanufacture part no big deal. We installed it per their instructions and it did not function, called them and they referred me to their "No help techs." I called them a few different times and the techs never got in touch with me. After 2 days I could not keep my customers car here any longer I ordered a new ECU from the dealer and returned them theirs. They were nice enough about the return and now I know why, they charge a 20% restocking fee $76.00. Ok I get it , if I was just returning an unwanted or unneeded part that would be fine, but they sold me a defective or broken part, come on you really want me to pay for your mistake. Horrible, horrible, horrible tech support. Do NOT have anything to do with this company. It's been over 2 months and I have still not received a PCM that will work. They had no problem taking my $350+ immediately but delayed shipping the PCM ~ which was shipped to the wrong address! After straightening that mistake out the PCM finally arrived & my mechanic found the PCM to be defective so I had to go pick it up and ship it back. After verifying that they rec'd the defective PCM back, they said they'd send a new one out immediately. Didn't happen. I've had to call numerous times (9 or 10 times ~ NO lie) and have been put on hold for long periods of time. When someone finally answers I've been put back on hold while the tech support 'gets with their Fulfillment Dept'. I am STILL on hold for the 2nd time and it's been 30 minutes listening to their recorded message thanking me for my patience. Patience has dwindled away so it's time to contact my attorney. Used this 'service', and I use this term loosely, because their website says they offer a lifetime warranty and: Mazda TCM Repair Service Instructions 1. Click 'Add to Cart' and complete checkout 2. Complete and Print Repair Form and Shipping Label 3. Securely pack your module and repair form and drop off at any UPS location 4. When received, we will perform repairs and return module using the same service within 24 hrs THIS IS A BLATANT LIE! Paid for the service, filled out the form and I paid for Overnight Air to get it there on Friday July 12 in the hopes of having it returned by Tues, July 16. Called on Thursday (7/11) when I placed my order because after an hour I still didn't have a shipping label to send the module in. I had to call a second time to actually receive the label. That should have clued me in, but ever the trusting idiot, I sent it in anyway. I had to call on Friday (7/12) because my son forgot to include the Repair order when shipped and I wanted to make sure they were able to link up the module and the order. They confirmed they were able to match it up and we were good to go. However; they said they didn't receive the part until late afternoon when it was actually received at 10am EST. Which means, in order to meet their 24 hour turnaround, they could have done the repair on Friday and let the curing happen over the weekend, tested on Monday and shipped it back by Tuesday. I called on Monday (7/15) to make sure they had the module and the order together and was told the 'invoice was open and the tech is working on it'. I said, awesome, so do you think it will ship today? I was then told that it would be up to 3 days 'for the grease to cure' because for some reason they haven't heard of climate control in South Florida. Ok, I don't appreciate the bait and switch on the website, but fine, I want a working module, should have no later than Thursday, July 19. I literally called every single day to check status because I didn't read the reviews til after I chose them. ALWAYS READ REVIEWS!!!! Told everyday of progress, etc. Yes ma'am on track for shipping Wed July 18. Called Wed July 18 (the day it should have shipped) at roughly 2:30p CST, was told SPECIFICALLY that it was in a box and ready for UPS to pick up that afternoon at 6p. I was given a tracking number and told I would receive it the next day. I tried looking up the tracking number I was given at the time and it said it was an invalid number. This was while I had the guy on the phone. He said, "Oh, it won't show up as valid until UPS picks it up at 6." Ok, sounds like BS, because I know when you generate a UPS label, even at an off-site location, UPS updates that the label has been created at least. He said I would "get an email in 5 min with the invoice and tracking number." Of course, that didn't happen. Called on Thursday, only to find out... IT DIDN'T SHIP WEDNESDAY as promised! No, I was given a completely different tracking number for a label that was created while I was on the phone with them. I was blatantly lied to repeatedly by this company and its staff from the onset because they do not honor their 24 hour turn around. I was actually told I should have read the FAQ's to find out about the delay. But NOONE goes to the FAQ's if they don't have questions. And all you get as a customer for your frustration are smartass remarks like "What do you want me to do? Walk it to your house?" I asked to speak to a manager, but was told "I'm not going to transfer you to him." I asked why not. Was told "He's busy, sorry." After another call, and threatening to call the police, I was suddenly sent a completely different tracking number, my third one at this point but at least this one has shipped FINALLY. My biggest concern now is while on the phone with the woman from All Computer Resources, she specifically stated, "Ma'am they did ship your unit because they had to tell the UPS driver how to hold because it is still drying" What? Still drying? I was told all week that they had to keep it extra days for the grease to 'cure' so why would it still be needing to cure during shipment? Why would the UPS driver need explicit instructions? Especially since I was told how delicate this process was and that grease curing was important. Does that mean I'm getting a faulty part back? So they didn't perform the service correctly still? I will most likely be given back a faulty part and have to shell out 1k for a new part and programming to get my son's car back on the road safely. I needed a PCM computer in my car replaced and the shop wanted $750 for the part, plus another $235 to have it programmed, and $135 to install it! I started looking for alternatives. I shopped for the part all over, locally and on the interment and came across All Computer online. They had my part, refurbished, and would program it for a total of $143. I talked to the car repair place and they agreed to just install it for me if I got the part. So, I ordered the part. I just had to provide the VIN number on the car and the milage. I paid an extra $35 for 2 day shipping. 4 days later I had the part in hand, fully programmed for $178 (2 days to program the part, pack it and 2 days shipping to Missouri). $135 installation brought my total repair to $313, instead of $1120, saving me $807! They provided a prepaid return shipping label to return the old part to be refurbished. They also offer a lifetime warranty if I did have trouble with it in the future. Before I bought, I did a lot of other shopping around. I had concerns because I read some of the other reviews, but I had read similar reviews at every other place I found with the part, and I needed the part. I found they are BBB accredited, with D rating, but reading the complaints, I also saw that they tried to make things right when there were problems. They also had the best price. The final reason I chose to buy from All Computer Resources was because I read their Facebook page. I saw they had proudly posted about their new business location and that it had been a lot of work to get so far in building their business. I had the feeling that they may have struggled with some issues, but they are trying to build a solid business and they understand they can't get there without satisfying their customers. I saw someone write they would give zero if it were possible and I cant agree more. I needed a new ecu for my car and THE ONLY REASON I chose this site was because they offered overnight shipping. $55 later paying for overnight I put my order through then 2 days go by and I email them asking for the tracking #. I get an email back saying oh it says on our site 1-3 business days... I shake my head and say I understand that but when you pay overnight shipping you should be given priority especially cuz you told me you received my order that 1st day which was a Tuesday. I ask will I at least see this tomorrow then Friday and she said possibly...of course I dont see it and then she says I will definitely get it Monday. What do you know Monday rolls around and I dont get it. So not until Tuesday which was 1 full week later even after paying $55 did I get it. Also they want you to send in your old ecu otherwise there fictitious warranty won't apply. Such a scam. Not 1 other site does that and they don't tell you that unless they send out a key with that ecu that it will never start as it can't get past the immobilizer unless key matches ecu. When faced with a bad ECU, I had no clue where to get a replacement. Sure I could go to the local dealer and pay thousands of dollars - yeah, no joke the dealership wanted 2200 USD for the new ECU and then an additional of 375 USD for shop, programming, and other misc charges to replace the old one. I searched everywhere, I could find several at a local junk yard, but those parts were not the exact replacement and even then I would have to find some one to burn the VIN, odometer reading, and programming info into the ECU and hope it works. That was too much of gamble, I googled the part number and low and behold ACR pops up. I tried ordering the part on their web page, that was a waste of time, their webpage based check out system kept error'ing out. So I called them, and with in minutes had my ECU ordered 479 USD. First they wanted to charge me shipping and handling, but when I told them about the web site saying free shipping and handling, they said ohh yeah, we'll honor that. So I waited and true to their word it took 3 business days to ship it out, they even used UPS ground, guaranteeing me a full week to wait while my truck couldn't move on account of the odometer having to match with the ECU, otherwise some type of theft prevention or programming prevents the engine from starting. Second, once the box arrived, I quickly and carefully installed the "plug and play" ECU from ACR, following the ECU directions included with the ECU, unplug the battery, then unplug the ECU, installation is opposite of the uninstalling. I hop in my car and try to start it up - nothing, the truck just sits there and tries to turn over. I call them up, I get "Roxie" who apparently used to work for the DMV and is a telephone sadist; "unplug and plug them again and call me back if that doesn't work!" Followed by a click and then dial tone, so foolish me, I do, and wait for it........ NOTHING, I call back, I get Fernando, (apparently Roxie couldn't answer the phone on account of her laughing so hard from giving me hope that this would actually help). Fernando is your central casting asshole that doesn't give a rats ass if the car starts, or blows up. In fact from his supercilious tone (something that all of the staff I dealt with a this boiler room like parts hell hole have in common) states, "well fill out the card enclosed with the ECU and fax or mail it back" and guess what came after that - click! So apparently the phrase "goodbye" is foreign to these lost souls, I look through the box, and there's this page/form that says (with multiple stop sign icons across the page) If for some reason the part malfunctions within the warranty period, the defected unit must be shipped back and another unit will be programmed and returned to you quickly. If the wrong part is ordered there will be a 20% restocking fee minus any shipping charges and refund will be issued timely. So I know they've screwed me; if I ask for a replacement, that nullifies the option of ever getting my money back, and God only knows if these fools can actually do it right, they've already failed once. So I go for option 2 - the ole, ship it back, we'll screw you over the shipping and 20% restocking fee, I feebly tried to get them to waive that as I called back to Roxie and explain to them the part never worked, she said "fax or mail the form back - we'll let you know what to do next." Oh Roxie, you sadistic bitch! So three business days go by, no email, fax, or phone call. I call back and get Fernando, he doesn't miss a beat "well, ship it back already!" scoffing with righteous indignation. So I ship it back, two weeks go by, I call, Fernando, (oh you can only imagine how I breathed a sigh of relief hearing his voice on the other end), states "yeah, that uhh, ohh wait. (brief hold of 6 minutes) 'yeah the new one is on it's way." What! so I refresh his memory of how our last conversation ended, and then he says "yeah your fax came back illegible" insert WTF moment from me. Fernando then goes on to inform me of the "charges 20+ USD for shipping and handling, 20% restocking fee, for a total charge of 120 USD. I couldn't believe it, these guys must not sleep laughing at night knowing they are selling the same pieces of shit ECU's only to have them returned and refund only part of the original purchase price. So here I am, going on at nauseam about how this crap hole has screwed me out of my 120 USD. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company, hoping they'll issue the other 120 bucks back, but have no high hopes for that. Oh yeah, the ECU? The process of buying the Engine Control Module was very simple from All Computer Resources. It was exactly the part I needed and it fixed my rough idle and misfires for my Jeep. I ran the codes from an analyzer I bought at AutoZone, checked out the codes online and determined I needed a new ECM. I found All Computer Resources online through a search, plugged in my information and within a week I had the new computer. It literally took me 30 mins to replace the computer. I hooked up the wires, turned it on and everything ran smooth. I was so delighted that it was the cure to my engine troubles. I would definitely recommend buying your next part or piece from them! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do NOT stand behind their products. They take an exhorbitant amount of time to process orders. (Picture your car out of service for more than a month.) Worse, when there are problems, they don't make any effort at all to resolve them. When our first PCM from them failed after about 8 months, they refused to replace it as we couldn't find the receipt. (Ok, our bad, but one would think that with all of the info they have on each of these computers, they could tell exactly, with a quick read, everything about it, including that it was theirs and when it was issued.) After purchasing another one (and carefully keeping the receipt, shipping the old unit back), it quit after 10 months. (Also a concern. Their PCMs simply don't last!) We learned our lesson, having kept the receipt. A quick call should get a new one on the way, right?? Wrong! They claimed not to have received the old unit back and if we couldn't provide tracking info, they wouldn't replace it. The burden of proof was on us! Try as we might, we couldn't get the tracking info from UPS. It had just been too long. They never notified us that they hadn't received it (if in fact that was the case). I never write negative reviews but I am doing it in hopes that someone reads this and it saves them the hassle of even attempting to use the company. I was told my part would be repaired and returned in two business days. It has been more than two weeks. I waited on hold for hours, left voicemails and sent emails without getting through to a representative or receiving a return call or email. I am wondering if this is whole setup is a scam. It is SO frustrating! If someone would at least have the courtesy to return a message and give me some idea of when my part would be returned so I can drive my vehicle, that would be appreciated. I purchased a refurbished ECM for my 04 Silverado 2500 HD W/ Duromax diesel. They told me that it would take 3-4 days to program it. It was shipped out the next day, 2 day air. OK, I thought, quick service. It did not work, no ground coming out of the unit. Yes, the keys were relearned. I ask to return it for refund. It took three days to get a response. My repair shop tried to get ACR to send a different ECM. ACR would always take 2-3 days to respond, & finally they would not respond to my repair shop. Then I tried to get them to do an exchange for a working one & they refused. It took them 2&1/2 weeks to do my refund & then they only refunded 80% due to restocking fees. I tried communicating with them that the part was faulty & there should not be a restocking fee on faulty parts. They wouldn't answer my e-mails. They apparently shipped it to me without testing it first, that why the quick shipping. I recommend anyone stay away from this Company, untested products & terrible customer service. read more

Updated review. We found a good Genuine used PCM, Our customer's Honda now runs great. ACR will NOT return my phone calls or repeated E mails to them regarding this second defective unit. I'm going to file a charge back with the credit card company. Do NOT use this company, especially if you are a repair shop and your using this company for your customer's cars. It will take WEEKS and WEEKS to get the PCM, usually it will be defective and then it takes WEEKS and WEEKS for a response, and in the end, they will NOT stand behind their warranty. Bought an IDM for a for Ford F-250. Waited on e week. Took it out of box and it looked horrible- like it was pulled from a wrecker. Long and short- the truck worked worse than with the one I was trying to replace. Then the façade- I could not speak to a live body, I had to get an RMA through messaging and only message back and forth. I called my CC company right away! I have no time to deal with this type of chicanery. I was never contacted and told their IDM sent was defective. Maybe this was a one-off transaction, but I was far from impressed. I bought an ECM for a 98 Grand Cherokee. When I installed it, the vehicle would not start at all. I installed the old one and it started just fine. I contacted them and was informed that there should be nothing wrong with the unit as it was tested before it left their facility. I insisted on a refund, and two week later was refunded 166.00 out of 239.00. They basically made almost 75.00 for shipping me a unit and me shipping it back. To top it off, someone attempted to use my card number the same day I paid for the ECM, which I find to be very suspect. Luckily for me, the card was declined. I took the Jeep to a certified shop and ended up replacing the ECM. The mechanic informed me that there is no way to program these units outside of the auto, they have to be programmed in place. All I know is when the mechanic was done, my Jeep started every time, and the stalling problem I originally had was gone, and no one else attempted to use my card number after this transaction. Computer had fixed the original problem but now had a list of 5 different codes that were not present before.462 532 072 516 480 vo155. When we told support about it they said to run multiple drive cycles (which did nothing ) When you try to call customer service they send you to a answering service that never picks up. I have been on hold now for 1 1/2 hours prompting me to write this review,We emailed them asking for a new one to be sent but they will not reply. I am absolutely pleased with this company. I bought a used 99 Jeep Cherokee Limited with a 4.7 with 159k on the odometer that had been sitting for two years. I drained the gas tank, serviced the trans, put in a new battery and changed the oil and it fired right up on the first try. Unfortunately it would stall sometimes when going down the road. Not every time but enough to scare the dickens out of me next to an 18 wheeler. I did some shade tree mechanic research on line and believed it was a bad ECU and ordered one from these guys. Problem solved. There customer service was awesome when I called and complained that they sent me the wrong one. I sent them pics and was informed that I took out the trans computer. Well no worries, feeling like a goof ball I realized I had to take out the Trans computer anyway to get to my ECU. Took about 45 minutes to get it all back together and I was might impressed with myself that I fixed my jeep and I am not a mechanic. Watch out for these guys! Total Scammers... They like keeping your credit card information on file, then they think it's okay to charge it 3 months later for a core charge without your consent. It would be fine if they told you about the core charge up front when purchasing the product, but they conveniently fail to mention it. The core charge was 50% of the price of the new ECU, now that's a scam people, they think customers have nothing better to do then read the fine print on their website to find this information out. They also have no live person to handle the customer service line when you do find the unauthorized charge on your credit card, it's a loop that gets you nowhere or maybe back to the main menu, which still doesn't get you a live person, apparently this is only attainable by email. I traded emails with a Marcelo, the Sales Manager who has no idea how to run a business, it's obviously not his own business or he would be a little friendlier to the customer base, just another internet bonehead who doesn't care who he offends! The ECU is working now, even though the pins were bent during shipping, my mechanic figured that out finally, now my Jeep is running fine. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone! They are terrible. Once they get your money, they want nothing to do with you. They send the wrong computer to you and take forever to respond to complaints or questions, if at all. Worst business I have ever dealt with. Stay away. read more

CLEAR FRAUD! I ordered a Pcm for a dodge magnum and was told it was on hand and would be programmed and sent out in two days and then shipped. When it did not arrive i called to find out that it had not been programmed or sent, so i do not believe that they ever had one and would not have sent anything if i had not called! after another wait for them to program and send [they did expedite shipping as they were 10 days behind promised delivery} I recieved the PCM and it was installed according to their directions and the Pcm disabled the cars system and it was locked out! Classic non programming! reinstalled the old one and got key response but car had to have all the systems cleared before it could be run or checked out, worked ok. Called them and told them the PCM was not programmed and i was returning it for refund. got an email saying it was received and refund would be 5-7 days. called again and was told they would refund me on the next round of payments sent out! and they were going to charge me for programming the PCM that was never done!!maybe refund in 6 months?! reported to BBB where they have such low ratings there is no BBB account!!!!! was sent a reply that refund would be made and it has not. At this point i am reporting this company as a clear FRAUD!!!!! read more

I ordered in Aug/Sept of 2020 and 2 months later the CPU took a shit and our jeep has been running like crap. We finally had it analyzed and it is this faulty CPU from here. We didn't check this part because it should not have been the problem well it is/was. Pisses a person off when the part you pay over 200.00 takes a shit in 2 months, plus we had it reprogrammed which costed 150.00. So yeah, not good!!! Plug and play my ass!!! More like plug and major as headache!!! Not a quality CPU. I wouldn't purchase from this company again. The new one we received from a different company was plugged in and the jeep runs like it should, love it!!! Should have known not to purchase when the first one we received wasn't even the correct one for our jeep!!!! read more
