Can no longer recommend this company. Hopefully it was a one off because I had recommended them to…read moreothers for several years. Installed my HVAC unit two years ago. It stopped working on an extremely hot day and we had someone sick in the house and couldn't be in 80° temperature. I called them and was told to call back during business hours. Which I believe end at 4 PM. When I said that I couldn't wait until the next day to get help with this new unit that they had installed, I was told that I would have to pay $255 an hour for overtime labor. They came out and did not fix the problem. I called back the next day and was told they might be able to send someone out again but I had to pay them the $255 per hour for two hours the night before (when they never fixed the problem) before they would send someone out. I did pay that even though they did not even provide me with an invoice or any written description of the work, just the amount they were charging. And then they said I would have to pay them again for the second guy to come out. I decided that I had lost confidence in the company because they didn't seem to understand that at $255 an hour the expectation is you will actually fix the problem. Found another company who came right out and knew exactly what to do and did fix the problem. When I asked Sulpizio to explain to me what I had paid $500 for, I could not get a straight answer and ultimately he became extremely nasty. He seemed to have absolutely no understanding of why a customer would be annoyed at having to pay $ 500for literally nothing and then also pay another company to do it right. Again, hope others have a better experience because I had recommended this company to multiple people with my enthusiastic endorsement.
