I went to this location after looking at reviews for other locations. I agree with the others. Service was quick and friendly. The location was in a strip mall and was easy to find with ample parking. There was handicap parking right out front. The cost for one pair of trousers was $13.66.

I will first say that the actual dry cleaning, starch, ironing, etc. has been very good. It's nice to have a pick up and drop off right at your front door. Although I do find them to be a bit pricey. That probably covers door-to-door service. I don't really need it but I don't really have a choice. The only downside to using Buffalo dry cleaners is calling the business for pick up. They are some of the nastiest, rudest women to have to deal with! They will raise their voice (for no good reason), sometimes eating on the phone where you can hear them chew WTH! Looking for a place that will value you as a customer? You won't find it here!! Buffalo cleaners need to send the office workers to customer service classes or pay them more would happy them up. They are the worst!! The only reason I use this company is they are the only dry cleaners around. When a new place comes to Monticello, I'm jumping ship.
