If I could give Adair a hundred stars I would. I flew up from Georgia in tears because my wedding was in two days and the person who did my wedding dress alterations in Georgia messed up my dress. My sister, who had Adair do my niece's prom dress, called Adair and asked if there was any way she could see me and my dress. Without any hesitation, Adair told us to come in and she worked her magic on my dress that day making it absolutely perfect for my wedding that Saturday (this was Thursday, mind you). She was an absolute angel and I don't know what I would have done without her. I highly recommend her, not only for her amazing work, but also because she is an amazing person. While the staff at Adair's are pleasant and kind, it seems they take on more than they can handle. I had a dress brought in and all it needed was a strap tacked, normally a 5 minute project. I was told it would be 2 weeks because they were very busy. I bit disappointed, but fine. They gave me my ticket with the pick up date and I was in my way. The day of pick up, I showed up and my dress hadn't been touched. I showed them the ticket and they asked if I could come back in 3 days and it would be done then. They didn't even apologize. I understand it was prom and wedding season, but if you have a pick up date promised to a customer, you need to abide by it. Or at the very least apologize and pull it off the rack that moment and hop to it. read more

Very friendly, sweet people with exceptional talent. We brought our daughters prom dress to be altered and have a bustle added so she can connect the train up when dancing. They did a fantastic job and we picked it up the exact day the said it would be ready. So pleased with everything that was done. We will definitely use them again.
