The employee with pink hair was extremely disrespectful and rude, and I personally witnessed how poorly she treated my husband. It was entirely unprofessional. When you work in customer service, you should be willing to answer basic questions for customers. However, she refused to even speak with us. I don't know if this was because we are a biracial couple or because my husband is Asian, but she warmly greeted all the white customers who walked in while offering us complete silence, no hello, no good morning, nothing. Thankfully, another employee came over and assisted us instead. She was excellent, answered all our questions, and even showed us examples of how to address and mail an envelope (because not everyone knows how to do that!). To the employee with pink hair: I hope you read this, and I know you know exactly who is writing this. I truly hope you learn to treat all customers with respect and equality in the future.
