Saved us hundreds and gave amazing service!…read more We were in a bind after our car key broke and were shocked when the dealership quoted us $300 PER key to replace it. I'm so glad we found this locksmith instead! They were able to provide TWO chip keys plus a plain spare key all for just $78 total. The service was quick, professional, and honestly such a relief. They clearly know what they're doing and didn't try to upsell or overcharge. Everything was explained clearly, and the keys work perfectly. It's rare to find this kind of honest pricing and quality service these days. If you're dealing with key replacement or automotive lock issues, do yourself a favor and call them first. We'll definitely be returning if we ever need help again. Highly, highly recommend!

Today, while driving on 21st Street in Newark, Ohio, after getting off the highway coming from…read moreHeath, I had an unpleasant encounter with a man driving a company locksmith van. There were two right-turn lanes, and I was in the left right-turn lane. When the light turned green, I stayed in my lane, and he merged into my lane, cutting me off. He then pulled up next to me on 21st Street and began yelling at me, calling me a "dumb bitch" and using other disrespectful language. Coincidentally, we both ended up at Walmart, where he parked very close to my vehicle and continued yelling at me and calling me rude names, insisting that I didn't know how to drive. I offered to show him my dashcam footage, which showed that I had a green arrow and that he had merged into my lane, but he refused to look at it and insisted that he knew I was wrong. I then attempted to call the company to report the driver's behavior, only to realize that the man who answered the phone was the same man who had been yelling at me. If he is the owner of the company, this raises serious concerns about how customer complaints are handled and the level of professionalism customers can expect. If this is a one-man company, there was no one else available to report the incident to. Regardless of who was at fault in the traffic situation, verbally harassing someone, calling them degrading names, and continuing the confrontation in a Walmart parking lot is completely unprofessional. This experience has made me question the quality of customer service this company provides, and I would not feel comfortable recommending a business whose representative behaves this way.
