This is a great small business The owner, Rome is the one who serviced my sewer line and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have a 101 year old sewer line and after doing a video of my line and determining it was fine, did not try to sell me additional services I didn't need. I greatly appreciate his honesty, integrity, hard work and fair price. He was highly recommended by Flink Plumbing ( another great company) and I highly recommend his company, All City Drains. read more

Rome is awesome! He was recommended by a neighbor. My plumbing backup up on New Year's Eve. He responded promptly and showed up at my door an hour later. He explained the problem and let me watch as he scoped the pipe. He's got a great personality and had no problem with my nosey dog. Thank Rome! read more

If there were a boutique experience for drains and sewer line repair All City Drains would be it. Rome is the drain whisperer. He can quickly diagnose a problem and explain it in a way you understand. Aside from being a true expert he works fast and does all the little things that make a bad situation as good as it can be. I called several places before I called All City Drains. Rome answered the phone and right away I knew there was something different. He listened. He was patient. In a stressful situation, he was calming and empathetic. And best of all he gave me all my options so I could consider the most cost-effective route and best choice for a long-term solution. All City Drains not only quoted us the most competitive price for our home's new sewer line, they did such a great job I hired them to repipe all of our drains and water pipes. Rome is a true professional that makes you feel like family. You're lucky to have All City Drains working for you when you need sewer line or drain repair. read more

Nothing like coming home to a clogged drain on New Years Eve. Huge thanks to All City Drains! Every other time I have had to work with a plumber, my appointment window has been grossly missed causing me to miss plans or time from work but these guys were on the spot! Wonderful quick service! These guys were able to make it right over and help tackle the issue and were very friendly. Would absolutely use them again. read more

First off Thank you for all your work and continued help with our plumbing. One day whilst going to the basement to do laundry I found a growing puddle under the washer and could hear water running without the washer even on! While turning off the water at the Shut-off valve the handle broke in my hand! This was the start to a series of issues we were facing and needed to get in front of. Rome was very clear and to the point about what we were in for, time wise and costs. read more

It is a privilege to post our experience with All City Drains! Rome is one of my favorite people ever! Rome saved us so much money. We had previous quotes telling us it was $10,000, and that they would need to tear up the garage and basement, and we didn't have to. As our family worked with Rome, we found him to be knowledgeable, intelligent, trustworthy, and we saw he cares about his customers. Rome and his team do a fantastic job, and they take a holistic and custom approach for your plumbing to improve your quality of life. Rome was reliable (And you know how hard that is to find reliable!), and he always stayed within budget. Our plumbing projects were complex and intricate, plus he saved us from replacing our entre sewer line and pipes. Rome's unique powerwash sewer solution revealed an undamaged sewer line. Rome came in as a strategic problem-solver, and he also found a significant problem with our emergency shut off and fixed it as he discovered it. We would have never known without Rome. Rome upgraded and replaced missing pieces for us to make every plumbing project beautiful. He has 20 years of substantial knowledge, he does the research for you, he asked questions, he does due-diligence, and we loved his personality. read more

I always hate to be put in a position to give one star, but I apparently encountered a different Rome than everyone else. I called him Tuesday afternoon and set an appointment for 10:00 Wednesday for him to come by and look at a job at my house. When we hadn't heard from him at 11:00 I called. Left a voice mail. Didn't hear back for a while so I sent a text a 1:00 as the voice mail greeting suggested. Still didn't hear back. Sent the text again at 4:00. Now it's 1:00 on Thursday, and I still have heard nothing. I understand that things come up, but for him to ignore my messages is unacceptable for a service oriented business. read more

I called with a sink that didn't drain - sitting water is a great thing to come home to after a day at work. Rome answered the phone right away when I called and was able to fit me into tonight's schedule! They had some time between jobs and offered to come by - great timing! They were professional, friendly, fast, efficient, and knew their stuff. I even asked them a few general questions about other things, and they were very knowledgeable. They fixed my drain in almost no-time and cleaned everything up too. Their prices are fair and standard. read more

I'm assuming you're reading this because you have a clogged drain, because that's what lead me here. There are a ton of options out there, and I am very glad I gave this one a chance. My experience went the way every business transaction should. I called, got a quote, and got the drain fixed the same day. What was great, is that even though they ran into a complication they still completed the work and stuck to the quote. No, plumbing isn't rocket science, but it still takes good business principles to make the transaction go smoothly. These guys are not only knowledgeable of their trade, they're also great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. read more

I called this company after finding a small amount of water in my basement that was staining the drywall and making the carpet damp. The team was at my house within an hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. It was a leak coming from my kitchen sink that was allowing water to run on the exterior of the pipe. The guys were kind, and professional I hope to never have to call a plumber again, but if I will be calling them first! read more

Rome has helped us with two separate drain problems in our unit. Each time we called he responded quickly, solved the problem and charged a fair and reasonable fee for his services. He has always been polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. Paul S. Denver, CO read more

Rome is an amazing individual - extremely professional, personable. It's 12:50 am as I'm writing this. Rome left 15 minutes ago. I'm writing this review now instead of in the morning because he has more than earned my respect. I called him Thursday 10/19 because of the drain in my basement was backing up. He was there later that afternoon to diagnose the issue. It was the 10 year old sewage injection pump that's only supposed to last 7 years. He was able to schedule me all day the next day. He arrived at 9am this morning (10/20) to pull out the old sewage injection pump, clean it in order to find a matching model with the right horsepower. The job was finished at 5pm. He and his assistant swept up and cleaned up. Raw sewage is messy. My basement is clean and you couldn't tell that anyone had ever been there. About and hour later, the brand new pump stopped working for some reason. I called Rome and he said he was on two other jobs but was willing to come over at 11pm after he had been working for 14 hours. That's what he did. He figured out the issue and fixed it. I've met few people who works as hard as he does. I called 2 other plumbers and his prices are very fair. I had a chance to talk to Rome while he was finishing repairs. He has an electrical engineering degree, worked in telecom before joining the family business. He's a Master Plumber and has been doing this for 18 years. He also does commercial drain work for restaurants and businesses. I'm recommending him to all my friends. I would hire him again. In fact, I am hiring him again. He's coming back in Wednesday to fix a shut off valve that doesn't turn all the way off. He's busy and deservedly so but worth the wait because I know he'll do it right. read more

We had a great experience with All City Drains. Rome was experienced, professional and came to our house on the same day of contacting him. This was awesome since our issue affected the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine. He resolved our blocked pipe quickly and even gave us tips on how to fix the issue ourselves in the future! As a new homeowner, I learned a lot from this quick visit. Will definitely be using All City Drains again! read more

These people are the best. They diagnosed and fixed my clogged drain right away. Their price was right. They are people of their word. I called in the morning and they said they'd come by 1:00. The morning job was much more work than expected. They kept in touch they'd be delayed and even though they couldn't get to my house until 7 PM they came because they said they'd be there that day. read more

We had a couple of drainage issues and wanted a sanity check on an upstairs shower. Rome responded right away when I called and was able to come by that evening. He was able to fix all of our issues and even showed us how to do a bunch of it ourselves, including recommendations for the best products to use and why. With such great responsiveness, high-quality work, and a lot of excellent information, we'll definitely call Rome again when we need any plumbing work! read more

Rome is the absolute best! I came home to an exploding water heater and called Rome in a panic. He was at my house to help within 15 minutes. He not only was quick to the rescue during a super stressful moment, but he was very informative, professional and trustworthy right off the bat. Rome and All City Drains to the rescue!! In addition, he also was able to fix our toilet on a whim, which was outside of our urgency call. Our home needed an entire sewer line replaced. Rome quoted me a competitive price and was able to get in to so within just a couple of days. My husband and I had a very challenging plumbing issue: a leaky bathroom copper pipe from our 2nd floor guest bathroom that leaked into the basement. We called several Denver plumbers before we called All City Drains - none of them were able to fix our leak. All City came over after work and were able to find the source of leak and repair it - they even stayed past their service (and dinner) time to do so. They were a joy to work with and highly recommended. read more
