I went to load my big blankie in the large front loader and saw the price was $7. Ok that's a bit much and I should've looked further down and could've used the $5 ones but I digress. After putting my soap in, I start funneling quarters in and figure I should set it to use hot water....hot water is $1 more! Lol so it is $8 just to wash my blanket. Whatever too late now, so finish filling the quarters, press start and the thing shows a wash time of only 23 minutes! How does my comforter ever have a chance of washing out the dog hair, dog stink, human stench and whatever dna is splashed within its fibers in a measley 23 minutes?! After the pathetic wash cycle I move said blanket to the dryer to find it's another $2 to get this thing going for 30 minutes. I run to my car and find 2 more quarters under my seat to make it $2.50 for 40 minutes and select the hot setting. No biggie here because laundromat dryers get insanely hot so I should be good right? I leave to have lunch, return and the blanket is still wet and I'm out of quarters so I take it home and finish the drying of my still "smells like dog" blanket at home. Guess if I have future washing needs that are too big for my set at home I will have to drive to Spanish fort the next closest facility. Sounds like a good business opportunity to open a new Laundromat and give this place some much needed competition. FAIL!

I traveled from West Mobile to service this client and this laundrymat was the closest to her home. i had approximately 100 pounds of laundry to complete! Yes, you read that right, 100 pounds of laundry to do! I arrived at this laundromat at 7:35 PM and was moving at lightning speed, trying to hurry up because the attendant was steady bitching about the fact that I arrived at 7:35 PM and she wasn't gonna stay late, she had already cleaned up, blah, blah blah! Look, it's like this, either you want my business or you don't. Most businesses that I'm familiar with, they exist to make money, however, this business does not! Those large capacity machines are each $5.00. I needed 10 machines just to wash the clothes. Then you have the money to be made from the dryers! The attendant was just beside herself that she was not going to stay late and I needed to leave so she contacted the manager But the manager,, mind you not the owner, the manager was contacted by the attendant, and the manager stated to me, when I asked her the question, do you want my business or not, she said, SHE DID NOT! When my suits was returned to me the white suit was scorched on the inside lapel, it was torn or cut or something, not sure what happened to it. But when I returned it to them, I was told Clifford said it couldn't have happened there because it would have had an oil stain. I kept telling them this suit just came out of the box, and it was not torn scorched, or overly pressed. He refused to return any of my phone calls. His employers just kept telling me he said it was already damaged, I had just purchased the suits for ushering, and I really needed them . But the thing is I didn't even complain about the over pressed suits, I did not even make a big deal about the lapel being scorched, but I did mention it to them. But I told his employers to tell him I could not perform my duties on sun morning with a spot in the middle of my white skirt, We never had this problem when Quality cleaners was serving our clothes for over 40 years. I will not be using them again. I was told Clifford said he will reimburse me for cleaning the suit, As I stated it was not cleaned it was new, all it needed was for the wrinkles to be pressed out. The manager who checked me in did not give me a ticket nor could she give me a ballpark price. After weeks of not hearing from them, I stopped by and I was given the runaround because they cannot locate my rugs. Took my information and said I would hear from the owner. Since then, I have stopped five additional times with no answers from anyone but claim they are going to make it right. It's been over a month since then and two months since I've dropped off the rugs. Keep being told the owner is going to call me. Owner has never called me and manager keeps misleading me intentionally. Their phone number does not work either. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
