Since then, I have worked with Dan to replace all of our outlets with updated designs. Install new outlets in our garage, run power to our patio to string lights there. He also installed a generator connection at our main distribution panel and a whole home surge protector. We currently use Dan for all of our electrical work he is professional, prompt, thorough, thoughtful, clean, friendly, fairly priced and exceptionally easy to work with. He advised us that the piping that was used to reroute could expand many times due to freezing and should be fine once it thawed out. He was right. It was nice that he called back so quickly when we could not get any other plumbers to even return our calls, even the one who did the original slab leak repair. Willie didn't even charge us then. So when we had a leak around a toilet, he was the 1st one we called. He reset the toilet and did it RIGHT. Not like the "handyman" who did it the first time. He stuck to his estimated price as well. Within in a day or so, we had to replace our refrigerator and the water supply faucet developed a leak (it was over 40 yrs old). He not only replaced the faucet but discovered damage to the piping from when the house was built. He replaced that section of pipe and still stuck to the price quoted. Both my washer and dryer were malfunctioning. He quickly determined what was wrong, and came back within 3 days to do the repairs after the parts were available. After the repair, the washer continued to have issues. He immediately returned. When the washer continued to have problems, he promptly returned, and I have had no issues since then. (Ok, you may be thinking that having to come 3 times doesn't sound so great, but the fact that he would immediately come back, along with the fact that it's an old washer that I thought we might just have to replace just made me super grateful that he kept at it!). Every single time I needed an appointment, it seemed to make no difference what day or time I needed him (when I needed an early appointment, he came at 8 am, and when I needed a late appointment, he came at 6 pm) and he was always here exactly when he said he would be. The washer and dryer are pretty old, and I originally bought the extended warranty and renewed it for several years. When I actually tried to use the warranty, it was a nightmare, and I am not exaggerating when I say I went a MONTH without being able to use my washer. After my experience with Awesome Fix, I will never buy an extended warranty on an appliance again. I received MUCH better service at a better price, and with a LOT less anguish. I HIGHLY recommend this company, and I won't hesitate to use them again for any appliance repair needs I have in the future.
