There are…read moremajor dead spots due to lack of tuning the sprinkler heads properly and when they come out for their "tuning" appointments, they will charge you $150 plus parts service fee to return to repair or fix any issues found. And then you wait for when they can get you on their schedule. All the while your yard continues to not get properly watered and gets more and more damaged. Same for my drip line and my flowers. I did fill out their survey on "how did we do" and let them know how dissatisfied I am and no one contacted me. I also let them know via email that the $150 fee to come back to repair issues from an appointment they were already there for seems like a scam. Their only response was it is their "policy." Their customer service is as bad as the "service" they provide. I will be for sure looking for a different company for next year.
