Call them this morning 3/19/26 and tell them that with my Samsung washer had stop running at the spinning cycle. I gave them the error code 9C8. They show up and could not fix the problem which I'm sure they already know because it's very common with Samsung. They charge me $150 for 20 minutes of diagnosed the problem. The told me that I need to replace the board which cost $750 plus the labor that he will replace it. I bought this brand new washer 2.5 year ago for $700. These people are scammers.
