I thought most places would be crazy expensive because of the "camera recalibration." Blue star called me and gave me a quote for $360, he explained that most businesses use the camera recalibration as an excuse to up charge and that he wouldn't be disconnecting any wires when replacing my windshield. I was a bit skeptical at first, I was worried I would have to go get my camera recalibrated. (I have a 2022 Honda Accord). It's been 2 and a half weeks since I had it replaced and I've had no issues, camera still works just as good! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative than giving your money to the dealerships. I set an appointment with Michael(the owner) and he comes to you in his van and do all the work right there. The next day, he showed up at time, the installation was fast and simple and he was nice. Manager Chris Alba personally gave me his direct contact information and assured me that the replacement glass would arrive "that week." That was weeks ago, and despite multiple attempts at follow-ups, I've been completely ignored. It's incredibly disappointing that a business can take the insurance payment and then fail to complete the service or even provide a basic update. The only way to get in touch with anyone at the shop is to be there in person. The only reason I didn't give this location 1 star is because my past two experiences here were handled professionally.
