Having just replaced the roofs on all the units, we had concerns as we noticed that during the ice storm several large limbs fell from the ash trees. Our regular tree service people were booked up and they recommended Right Choice Trees, LLC. As a new vendor for our HOA, we received and reviewed several different quotes. After walking the property and speaking to Jose, we chose Right Choice Trees, LLC. Jose is very knowledgeable and steward of the land and trees. Their pricing was very reasonable and constant communication made it easy. Jose's crew was very professional and personable. They were very efficient. They also took care of some extra trimming that was overlooked in the original quote. Their cleanup was great! It's really hard to find a crew like this today. I'm glad we did. Don't hesitate. I had to call back a few days later to figure out why no one has called to schedule a delivery, and learn it is in fact not in stock. I said that I would then opt for a smaller size gravel than what I originally asked for so I could get it sooner. Was told again they would call to schedule delivery. I ending up having to call 2 days in a row and still never got a straight answer. I was hung up on multiple times. Finally when we did schedule delivery almost a whole week out, they told me they would be there between 8am and 10am, that we would be first delivery of the day because it has been such a headache getting it figured out. Fast forward to delivery day, they call me at 10am saying that they are running a bit behind. I had someone waiting for the delivery at the house, so I let them know. When I asked nature's best how long they couldn't give me an estimate. I called them at 2pm to ask where the hell my gravel was, as I had someone sitting outside in the heat waiting for this ridiculous debacle to be over with. They told me they would get there around 5:30. This was the final straw. I cancelled and told them they better refund my deposit. I have never dealt with a company this disorganized. I ended up going to southern nurseries on dickerson and they delivered the gravel next day for cheaper. I will never again deal with Nature's best.

So pleased with this group for their work on my lawn each week and especially for the amazing job…read morethey did trimming my bushes and weeding out the garden beds. I have a MONSTER of a bush outside my window and it is not a one person job to keep up with. Other companies in the area quoted me at $300+ just for trimming that bush, but Grass Busters quoted me under that for the monster, other bushes and cleaning out the beds. I have been a customer of theirs for about a year now and like the other reviewer, I was unable to get my lawn cut for that short period of time due to weather but they reached out to me explaining the situation and followed through with the date they rescheduled me for. And it's worth mentioning, this was not just a few rainy days, this was downpours for days on end with flooding and tornadoes so I was not the least bit frustrated, nor were they to blame for that. They do a fantastic job and are very friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend Grass Busters!!
