The wings were piping hot, cooked to perfection, and delicious. You would be hard pressed to find better lemon pepper wings. My pizza was fresh from the oven & loaded with Canadian bacon, pineapples, onions, & jalapeños. Super yummy with an old world crust that had a nice crunch to it. All in all I highly recommend Flour and Fennel Pizza if you happen to be in Cashion. You won't regret it.

Only downside is the odd business hours but I can live with that.

A few months ago, I came on a very busy night and the margherita pizza wasn't as crispy as it usually is. We also ordered the pesto pizza, and the balsamic glaze was forgotten. This week I went back and ordered the bone-in wings along with the margherita pizza. The pizza was excellent and ranks among some of the best in OKC. The wings started off tasting good, but I quickly realized they were not fully cooked -- they were ice-cold near the bone. I'm hoping they were pre-cooked and just not reheated properly. The staff did refund my money for the wings, which I appreciated. However, it would have been a nice gesture for a manager to stop by and apologize. Overall, this just highlights that the team needs to focus more on consistency and quality control. That said, this experience won't stop me from coming back, because the pizza truly is very good.

It's 2025 and Marcos still doesn't make their employees wear gloves…read more Every time I go to a Marcos (including this location) the employees are making the pizza with their bare hands. They use the same hands to answer the telephone and ring up customers. They don't even wash their hands in between these various activities, let alone wear gloves. I can only hope and pray hands are washed after using the bathroom. Also no hair nets. This is clearly a management issue as it's not that difficult for employers to ensure that their employees are handling food safely and properly. They don't care about hygiene - they just care about profit.
