This is among only a small handful of places that have earned their 1 star review only because 0 isn't an option. The pizza here is top notch. Always fresh and cooked to order. The service is hit and miss, but it seems as if they are all high school age kids so, it's not a big deal. Good pizza and very accommodating to what the customer requests. I've been to this location and had several different staff members help and every time except for one the staff has been very kind and professional. We will definitely be ordering Dan's pizza again. We really enjoy the wings here and they make the sauce as we request which many places do not. It's a little out of the city but for those who live in North Edmond, I'm sure the location is amazing as there is not very many options in the area off of Waterloo. The restaurant has always been clean and I have never had any concerns when ordering Dans Pizza there was once a long wait for delivery but when we said we could pick it up, they had it ready within 15 to 20 minutes. We will definitely be returning customers and we definitely recommend others to try this place for sure! read more

I ordered extra large pizzas for a big group. 1 pepperoni, 1 beef & black olive and 1 supreme. $53.00! The pizzas are barely larger than, if not the same size as other places large. Great pizza! Dan's was the only place that would deliver to my house when I was moving in and I tried the pizza and calzone. Delivery service was fantastic both times (Dan does deliveries as well). Also got take out. The pizza is great - the sauce has just there right flavor. I've been happy with the cheese pizza but have thoroughly enjoyed the Hawaiian and meat lovers as well. Pizza was great, wings were delicious and service was great. Ordered over the phone and said 45-1hr wait. Food was delivered in 35 minutes. They messed up the wing order and gave hot instead of BBQ. I have been a regular (2-3 Takeouts a month) for nearly three years since moving into the area. I have often told friends how great this place is and they should patronize them. However, my last three encounters have been disappointing topped off by last evening being nearly inedible. My pizza was not thin crust as I ordered at all. It was as if there was a savings plan in place as there was very little topping of pepperoni or ground beef. Barely two pieces of pep. On a slice and hardly any ground beef. The pizza dough was burned so bad on the bottom it was inedible. I am not sure I will return. Just drive a mile further to other takeouts nearby. read more

I obviously came on a bad night but there was no one in the restaurant and it took them over 45 minutes to make my order. The high school students who work there were more concerned with eating their own food and hanging out with each other rather than making my order. The other concern is that they were eating their own food while also preparing other people's food and had no hair nets on. I highly doubt any of them wash their hands during the whole process. I will not be going back to this place which is sad because it is one of the only pizza places out on Waterloo where we live. read more

Love that there is a pizza place that delivers to our house in the country! So incredibly thankful for this place. Not only that-- the pizza is delicious! It is a thinner crust pizza FYI but I like both thick and thin so I was a-ok with that. Also, the gal on the phone was very friendly and laughed at my amazement that they came all the way to 73044. Lady who answered the phone answered by saying hello, I had to confirm I dialed the correct number while her and her friends laughed uncontrollably in the background ignoring my requests to gain her attention. As I gave my order she continued to move through the process without confirming my order and while continuing her conversation with others on her end. I said "Hello" and she continued her attitude throughout the call. Before ending the phone call I asked for a total since it wasn't given. At first she asked her coworker if it was really 74 dollars, then confirmed to me it was 47 dollars. I asked her how that is possibly correct then stated she meant 37 dollars, at that time I asked she confirm my order and her response was "I got it" To my dismay the order was correct when delivered, and it was good food. I will be back but I hope she is fired. There are too many people that need a job to have a company waste a position on some brat like her. read more

This place is nearby my house and I tried it for the first time today. The place is little, but very clean and smelled amazing when I came in to get my carry out. Staff was polite and quick when I picked up my large pizza. Made it home to let my picky kids try it out. They loved it and so did I. Will go again. I'll try out the Calzone next time. read more

Dirty Dirty Dirty Dirty my spoon was dirty that I was given forks where dirty. The whole place is nasty inside. Salad bar was bar everything was empty or almost empty. The pizzas looked horrible that came out. The food isn't bad but the presentation and how dirty everything looks inside including the restrooms.
