    NEW BBQ Brisket Pizza
    Danielle P.

This location is a no go. One of my coworkers went to a different location (not sure which one but I will definitely have to ask) and ordered a BBQ Brisket pizza. I had never had a pizza from a Casey's but the BBQ brisket pizza was actually fantastic. I decided to get a small one from the Casey's near my house and it was TERRIBLE! There was hardly any meat on it, barely any sauce (both bbq and ranch). It was basically a jalapeño pizza. I had to pick jalapeños off and it was still covered in them. In the photo you can see the PILE of jalapeños I pulled off and see that there are still quite a few jalapeños still on the pizza. Not to mention the fact I waited over five minutes for one of the employees to even acknowledge that I was waiting to pick up my order. This was very disappointing and if this had been the first time trying this I would never get pizza from Casey's again. I will just have to try a different location.

    Pizza crust, mostly raw.

I ordered lemon pepper wings, and the Hawaiian pizza with added jalapeños. Service was prompt with a cheerful staff. When the wings, and pizza arrived I wasn't disappointed. The wings were piping hot, cooked to perfection, and delicious. You would be hard pressed to find better lemon pepper wings. My pizza was fresh from the oven & loaded with Canadian bacon, pineapples, onions, & jalapeños. Super yummy with an old world crust that had a nice crunch to it. All in all I highly recommend Flour and Fennel Pizza if you happen to be in Cashion. You won't regret it.

I can't rave about this place enough!…read more Staff are friendly and helpful. Service is quick. Pizza is amazing!! If you want something different the f&f pizza is where it is at!! Sausage, potato and fennel seed. We've gotten a couple slices every single time. We've only gotten the thin crust. Great flavor and great texture! This is our new go to pizza place. I find it worth the 15 minute drive for us! My kids love the pepperoni. The meatballs are good, not amazing but are homemade and not frozen. The cheese garlic bread is great. We've only been a handful of times so I need to go back and try different items. Slices are offered each day. Cheese, pepperoni, and the f&f then a rotating flavor each day. Only downside is the odd business hours but I can live with that.

We…read morereally appreciate an entrepreneurial spirit and this place has it and does pizza better than most that have a lot more name recognition. Some of those places can sometimes live off of their reputation and can scale so large that they lose what made them great. Oak City takes nothing for granted regarding the pizza, cold beer (at a great price) or their service. The staff were very friendly and the owner was really engaging. Since it was our first time there, she came out to our table to ask us how everything was and talked about how they got their start and a bit about their passion for making really great pizza. We have had excellent Neapolitan style pizza at some of the best places in the state and the metro, namely -- Andolini's in Tulsa on Cherry Street and the Wedge in midtown OKC, and neither of them have anything on Oak city. To start, the crust is tender and bubbly around the edges and has a great flavor. It looks exactly like the pictures on their web site and It's made from a 5 year old sour dough starter and is absolutely a perfect artisan style crust. The sauce has a mild, but distinctive tomato flavor that won't overpower the crust or the toppings. There is also no need to order extra cheese because the normal amount is plenty. We will definitely be back soon, and next time, we'll try the Detroit style pizza too -- along with the original. Do yourself a favor and try this place out soon. And by the way -- this is a legitimate review -- no 9ne asked me to write it, I just appreciate their product and effort.

First, I'll say this pizza is amazing. Having lived in Europe for several years, the margherita…read morepizza really hits and tastes similar to some of the best pizzas I've had in Italy. However, the team needs to work on ensuring that quality is 100% every time an order goes out. A few months ago, I came on a very busy night and the margherita pizza wasn't as crispy as it usually is. We also ordered the pesto pizza, and the balsamic glaze was forgotten. This week I went back and ordered the bone-in wings along with the margherita pizza. The pizza was excellent and ranks among some of the best in OKC. The wings started off tasting good, but I quickly realized they were not fully cooked -- they were ice-cold near the bone. I'm hoping they were pre-cooked and just not reheated properly. The staff did refund my money for the wings, which I appreciated. However, it would have been a nice gesture for a manager to stop by and apologize. Overall, this just highlights that the team needs to focus more on consistency and quality control. That said, this experience won't stop me from coming back, because the pizza truly is very good.

Marco's Pizza - Edmond, OK…read more This is a place I haven't visited since 2019. Not because I had a bad experience back then--I've simply spent the last several years trying local pizza joints instead of pizza chains. Truthfully, chain pizza usually isn't my thing. That said, my wife was craving New York-style pizza, so Marco's got the call. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, Cheesy Bread, and a liter of Pepsi for a simple lunch at home. My verdict? Meh. The pizza was fine, but that's about as far as I can go. The crust was thinner than I prefer, and by the time we got it home, it seemed to lose heat faster than I expected. The pepperoni and cheese were decent, but nothing really stood out. The Cheesy Bread was also okay. Plenty of cheese, baked nicely, but not something I'd go out of my way for. Oddly enough, the surprise star of the meal was the garlic sauce. I found that much more interesting than the pizza itself and kept going back for another dip. Would I order from Marco's again? Probably not. Would my wife? Absolutely. She enjoyed it much more than I did, which once again proves that our taste buds often live in completely different zip codes. Chef T Scoreboard Food: 4/10 Portion: 8/10 Service: 8/10 Overall: 3/5 Sometimes a meal doesn't have to be bad to be forgettable. Marco's wasn't bad--it just didn't give me a reason to come back when there are so many other pizza options around town. -- Chef T
