Love's Travel Stop May 14, 2026…read more This Love's was in the middle of a remodel during my visit, so there was some construction activity and temporary restroom trailer facilities in place while the work was being completed. Given the circumstances, the location was doing a good job of remaining operational and serving customers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was clear they were making the best of a temporary situation. While renovations can create some inconvenience, it's encouraging to see the company investing in upgrades and improvements. I'm interested to see what the finished location looks like once the project is complete. Overall, a solid stop during a period of transition, and I look forward to visiting again after the remodel is finished.

They are known for (mostly fried) hot snack selection at low prices. The crispy skin hot link was delicious. But I might like it better in a bun that on a stick. They did not but the employee offered to jump with his van. We tried that and no luck but he said his battery wasn't the best so he asked another employee who had a nice truck if we could try it. She said she sure and after a few long minutes we were able to start the truck. This was so nice of the employees we cannot thank them enough.
