No toilet paper in restrooms! Women's stalls were all empty. It was lunch time and slammed. Had to drip dry. It was awful! Other than that the store was clean, large and impressive. read more

Amazing customer service! Helped me find what I needed and then checked me out !! Didn't take long for me to get in and out. They have a good team of people working together. read more

Came in around 12am . Employee was very rude and had an attitude . I had a coupon for a free drink and she still wanted me to pay. I let another customer go ahead of me while I reloaded my app. Instead of helping me she started ringing up other customers on another register. Ignored me for awhile and never came to attend me as she kept taking other customers. Very rude while I was nothing but nice. read more

Had to use the restroom and took maybe 10 while minutes, my tummy hurted. That was all the time it took for an employee and security to be waiting outside of the stall, which was the deciding factor in taking my business somewhere else. Going out ti my vehicle I was followed and given such ugly, sour looks during the whole time you would have thought I had come in and started destroying merchandise or something, or even possibly chokeslammed someones mother like, this ancient bag of old man was very unhappy and feeling very tough apparently. All I know for sure is don't come here to use the bathroom especially not before you spend your money. Oncue is my favorite of these kinds of stores but I will not be going back to this one, and will advise the same to anyone who will listen. read more

Bathrooms are always dirty and the tire air up machine has been broken for months. Disappointing

On cues grill is absolutely awesome. Good prices and burgers are cooked perfectly time and time again. Restroom's are cleanest in the city. Hopefully all on cues are this good. read more

These people scammed a single mother out of thirty dollars in gas and won't do anything about it. DO NOT use their self checkout it's a scam! read more

Worst customer service I've ever had at a gas station don't recommend going to this place don't give them your money but that bitch behind the counter doesn't know her shit she wanted to be rude to me just because my friend was walking around the gas station with me and we were grabbing snacks and drinks to take back to her place, and I was the one that was purchasing the alcohol my friend didn't even drive with me and she still refused to let me purchase so you guys can kick fucking rocks I'll take my money elsewhere. Fat bitch maybe you should learn how to have better customer service. read more

Worst gas station in the city. I'd rather go down the street and get my money stolen or assaulted than come here. Every single card reader is broken in some way, forcing you to try every single pump until you give up and leave. If you're going to charge so much for gas at least let me use a damn card at the stupid pump. Also surrounded by people asking for money at all hours of the day. Ridiculous read more

Love they have choice between ethanol and no ethanol. The price is always lower than the others and they have CNG. The frozen drinks are the best and the hot snacks are always fresh and tasty!!! read more

I personally rather go to an on cue than any other gas station in Oklahoma. The reason? Because there are plenty of pumps while also being clean inside and outside. The inside selection is vast starting from snacks and candies to beer and other beverages. This particular one I didn't really see a drive thru but other on cues especially the newer ones have a drive thru. I've never used one before but I could see the convenience of it. All the other chains have their own special but I feel like this chain has more specials at a more cost-efficient pricing. More on cues are being built and I'm glad for it. This particular one has some pumps that doesn't seem to work when you put your card in. For example ours screen got stuck but we just went inside to pre pay and then it worked. When you pump the gas you have to pull up on the nozzle kind of hard for the gas to work and if you don't use any gas after couple of seconds you have to redo it but then you have to go inside and show your card. Sometimes it's a hassle but I understand it increases security read more

this location didn't have food at 7:00, figured this location in Okc would be thriving at 7:00 on Saturday but had roller dog shut down and said "due to no demand we wouldn't be opening again and shut down early" from who I talked to so I guess they don't want to sell food there, don't stop in for a snack read more

They refused service to my handicapped mother even though she told them she had to use the bathroom

This is a good convenience store. I just stopped at 11:00 PM on a Saturday night without fear even though I was dressed to the nines. I got gas, went to the bathroom (which was clean), pumped gas, etc. read more

The guys in the kitchen are awesome! I called and needed 7 pizzas and i needed them quick and the had them in like 15min! It was awesome! Thx guys for everything read more

Best gas station chain out there. My go to place for fuel and snacks. Drive thru makes grabbing that energy drink or coffee when running late to office an ease. Cleanest restrooms of any gas station I've been to. read more

So these are the steps you have to take if you want s full shack from the #freal shake machines you see in oncue stores. I posted a guide picture of what do. Step 1 you will have a half cup of shake, step 2 walk over to the liquid creamer add a flavor to your liking, step 3 select the more thick option, step 4 you will have a full shake. I mean.you are paying almost $3. Companies will try and cheat consumers.I love these shakes but I will not get jipped I'll.make it do what it do baby. Even ray Charles could see the cups are half full. But I really love these shakes so ill go through the steps to get what I want. Oh I always love oncue for thier clean restrooms and store. read more

See all

I visited the one at 29th and Douglas. I asked for the girl to ring up the purchase and gave the pump. She asked me how much it cost. I responded the she worked there and didn't know the price. She said I should have looked at the sign. I asked, "why can't you look at the sign.". She continues to insist that I look at the sign. So I told her she was a dumbass and I left the store. Have not been back since and cancelled my cococo card. Customer service is definitely dead. Beware of the one with really long braids. read more

OnCue 101 - OnCue Express is the BEST! - Convenience Stores Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

If I could give it 0 stars I would, this store is the worst of oncue's , the general manager is horrible and non helpful she needs more training I should say . She's nonprofessional talking to clerks as I was there she and a clerk was discussing an issue they had and as mad as the clerk was the manager had no professionalism with the way she talked . I have been to this location a few times , no mask or it's under the nose , lines all the way to the fountain area only one register open while there's 2/3 clerks behind on the computer. Also the bathrooms are rarely clean or closed down when told a clerk I got attitude from a young lady . read more

Always busy, but great location for a quick drink or gas. Lots of snack choices and drinks, also have warm food and yogurt bar.

This place is convenience store heaven. A great frozen yogurt selection, every kind of rolling tubular grilled food, more soft drinks than you could ever want, and real ethanol free gas, along with the other kind. Big, bright, clean, good prices, an amazing variety of junk food, coffee, donuts, you name it. Stoner's paradise, basically. They need to expand to Philly, ASAP. No, scratch that - if there was one of these near where I lived, I would be fat and happy and sleeping in a diabetic coma 24/7. read more

Stopped in to pick up a bottle of water. went to the register, didn't even get greeted with a hello, hi, or kiss my ass. Clerk rung me up just stood there staring at me i had to look at the register to see what my total was very very very poor customer service read more

Best on site store manager around. Bottom line.

Love this place. The drinks are cheap and the service is great. If you have an issue any employee is more than willing to help out. Restrooms are always clean too! read more
