Came in around 12am . Employee was very rude and had an attitude . I had a coupon for a free drink and she still wanted me to pay. I let another customer go ahead of me while I reloaded my app. Instead of helping me she started ringing up other customers on another register. Had to use the restroom and took maybe 10 while minutes, my tummy hurted. That was all the time it took for an employee and security to be waiting outside of the stall, which was the deciding factor in taking my business somewhere else. Going out ti my vehicle I was followed and given such ugly, sour looks during the whole time you would have thought I had come in and started destroying merchandise or something, or even possibly chokeslammed someones mother like, this ancient bag of old man was very unhappy and feeling very tough apparently. All I know for sure is don't come here to use the bathroom especially not before you spend your money. I personally rather go to an on cue than any other gas station in Oklahoma. The reason? Because there are plenty of pumps while also being clean inside and outside. The inside selection is vast starting from snacks and candies to beer and other beverages. This particular one I didn't really see a drive thru but other on cues especially the newer ones have a drive thru. I've never used one before but I could see the convenience of it. All the other chains have their own special but I feel like this chain has more specials at a more cost-efficient pricing. More on cues are being built and I'm glad for it. This particular one has some pumps that doesn't seem to work when you put your card in. For example ours screen got stuck but we just went inside to pre pay and then it worked. When you pump the gas you have to pull up on the nozzle kind of hard for the gas to work and if you don't use any gas after couple of seconds you have to redo it but then you have to go inside and show your card. Sometimes it's a hassle but I understand it increases security read more

I visited the one at 29th and Douglas. I asked for the girl to ring up the purchase and gave the pump. She asked me how much it cost. I responded the she worked there and didn't know the price. She said I should have looked at the sign. I asked, "why can't you look at the sign.". She continues to insist that I look at the sign. So I told her she was a dumbass and I left the store. So these are the steps you have to take if you want s full shack from the #freal shake machines you see in oncue stores. I posted a guide picture of what do. Step 1 you will have a half cup of shake, step 2 walk over to the liquid creamer add a flavor to your liking, step 3 select the more thick option, step 4 you will have a full shake. I mean.you are paying almost $3. Companies will try and cheat consumers.I love these shakes but I will not get jipped I'll.make it do what it do baby. Even ray Charles could see the cups are half full. But I really love these shakes so ill go through the steps to get what I want. If I could give it 0 stars I would, this store is the worst of oncue's , the general manager is horrible and non helpful she needs more training I should say . She's nonprofessional talking to clerks as I was there she and a clerk was discussing an issue they had and as mad as the clerk was the manager had no professionalism with the way she talked . I have been to this location a few times , no mask or it's under the nose , lines all the way to the fountain area only one register open while there's 2/3 clerks behind on the computer.
