Year 1: Multiple times we were shorted on medication and were treated poorly when reporting it to the pharmacist. We stopped using CVS because of how poorly we were cheated. Year 6: Wife's insurance changed and we are required to use CVS. Since, it has been a nightmare. The pharmacist we deal with doesn't fill our prescriptions, refuses to discuss with us, refuses to talk to our insurance company and refuses to talk to our primary physician. Aetna and our doctors office have not only filed complaints on this store, but both have instructed us not to fill here anymore. We get to drive across Edmond now to fill our prescriptions at the other CVS and so far it's been night and day on quality of services. They are filling the prescriptions this pharmacist refuses to fill.
