Ended up going inside to get my coke zero where the nice guy behind the cash register offered the drink for free for the inconvenience. I just told him to donate the change as I wanted to pay for the drink regardless. As far as Oncue locations it's just as good except the employees don't seem to care too much about anyone's time. After that I think I'll just stick with the one I usually go to where the costumer service seems a little better and most of the employees seem to care about you as a customer more.

OnCue's corporate policy does NOT allow pets inside their stores, but these employees obviously don't care about enforcing that. This one is located at a busy intersection which is great for business but I feel the neighborhoods suffer. It's just to much commerce going on, in my opinion. What happened to going home to a safe quiet residential neighborhood...it feels like a mini city, this area is saturated with stores. In my old age quiet is what appeals to me. Lol I will say that it is a nice facility. The gas is cheap 1.79 a gallon! Nice! The store has new modern features for coffee, a computer generated coffee dispenser, of which I don't like. I like to mix my flavors so I wont be buying my morning joe from here. I didnt try the food but I noticed the grill and it smelled wonderful. I passed on food today. Overall a great store.

As soon as there is a mess they clean it up immediately and the staff is impeccable. I go there almost everyday and it's an amazing experience! The drive through takes forever but that's at any oncue.
