Lemme tell you... over the last year or so the quality of this store has dropped dramatically. Employees don't engage with customers, drink stations constantly dirty/empty, and no sense of urgency on anyone's part. Employees too busy talking behind the counter and rarely make eye contact, much less exchange pleasantries. And bathrooms dirty which used to never happen. Mainly notice this on evening shift. Mornings still seem ok, but the geniuses at headquarters are slowly replacing humans with automated checkouts. So it's not long when it's this way around the clock. My husband claims they have the best fountain drinks in town! This gas station is like a luxury convenient store. They have the widest selection of delicious drinks and snacks. They are always super clean and super friendly. One of our favorite additions they have added in the last year is their specialty coffee machine. They have all the basic expresso drinks and flavors. We both love their caramel and vanilla iced lattes. It is definitely not your typical gas station coffee bar. They also have a birthday club for their drinks that you can add your phone number to join. They send free fountain drinks and coffee all the time! It's fantastic! Another aspect I love about Oncue is that they have a roof over their whole parking area. Weather is always unpredictable in Oklahoma and it is awesome being able to go from your car to the inside of the store without getting a drop of rain on you. read more

I go here often to get gas and have a decent experience usually. Today their was a line, because 2 registers had men greeting people and looking at customers and the other 2 had 2 girls talking to eachother not looking at customers, waving, or anything that would make you think they're open. A manager said "hey I have 2 open down there" so down there to the girls I went. I said "you could've waved or something" as most people who work a register are there to work and not chat and if they see a line forming they will make eye contact and some form of attempt to let you know if they're open or not. They just got mad and started talking under their breath to each other and put on smug faces and accents over a simple comment that they could actually try and do their job. Get better employees or management that can make sure the employees aren't terrible please! read more

On Cue, the only place to stop for gas in central Oklahoma. The bathrooms are clean, it is well lit and staffed even at night, they have all your snack and drink needs covered, and they have a walk in beer fridge. They take that seriously. Lots of pumps and friendly service. Also, they have pet areas, and some even have dog parks, for when you're traveling with your little buddies. read more

It's clean and spacious and cheerful...and the night shift really keeps the store shiny and new looking...Eric and Arvona showed me how to collect points and use them to get free coffee (like I just did this morning) and always seem to be smiling and happy as well as helpful...and that makes my mornings on the way to work a lot easier to handle. Best area for your pups! They have a nice gated section for large and small dogs. Some of the OnCue's do not have them, but be on the lookout for a large dog statue and you'll see it! I have an OnCue up the street from my house that I normally go to however I pass this OnCue daily to and from work and every Sunday when my husband and I do our weekly grocery shopping trip to Wal-Mart. We typically stop at our normal store on Waterloo Rd. however they were insanely slammed so we decided to stop into this store. We are both a part of the OnCue texts and had both received our Saint Patty's Day text for a free drink. Got to the register and showed the cashier my text to which I was told I needed to be wearing green(absolutely my bad for not thoroughly reading the text). I jokingly told her "You don't want to see where I am wearing green!" and I laughed and she stood staring at me with the crappiest look on her face. Mind you my husband is standing behind me and is wearing camo shorts and by camo I mean by design only not color, they were light gray and dark gray. He showed her the text and she was A-OK with that (She hadn't realized he was with me at this point). I told my husband to go get a dollar from the truck, he did and I pinned it to my shirt and go back into the enormous line that had again formed. Got back up to the same cashier and stated I was now wearing green (I felt like a stripper but hey, you gotta do what you gotta do) and she continued to refuse me the free drink. The text DID NOT state you must COME INTO the store wearing green only wear green and receive a drink on them. I asked to speak to a manager to which she stated she was the manager, all the while still speaking to me, treating me and looking at me like a total POS! I then told her I would contact her district manager to which her reply was very rudely, "You go right ahead and do that!" I ended up leaving the store with the drink still sitting on the counter, completely pissed, completely embarrassed and utterly disgusted. She was the assistant manager showing all those she manages that it is OK to treat a customer so appallingly. It was absolutely NOT about the fact that I could not afford to purchase the drink, because I am more than capable, it was about the principle of it and how I was treated. She had the wherewithal to treat me like I was some low life but she looked like she either does a lot of meth or just has terrible dental hygiene, nonetheless, I contacted OnCue's Corporate office and spoke to the most amazing woman who was more than apologetic and even sent me a gift card to buy more than just the one free drink I was going to get for wearing green, which I thought was amazing. Additionally, after I got off the phone with her she contacted the District Manager for that store, he contacted her boss the store manager and I have faith that her attitude will be quickly adjusted. It would be my hope that she would be demoted because her actions clearly show that she should be in no position of authority since she cannot even act professionally herself. So, with all of this said, if I HAD to return to this store I would because OnCue as a whole is a great convenient store and I wouldn't even mind running into the assistant manager Angelina again just to see how she reacts to me now... I am not one to be trifled with ma'am. Do unto others as you want done unto you. Just going to leave on that note. read more

We stopped because of the sign in the highway claiming they had the best bathrooms. After a HORRID bathroom experience on our last trip I was eager to test On Cue's claim. They did not disappoint! Auto everything...including the towel dispensers which I failed to realize at first. Some tp on the floor of the first stall but the second I tried was very clean. And spacious! I love not feeling trapped! They are definetly many many notches above most gas station bathrooms and many restaurants. Well done On Cue! The only thing I would of liked to have seen were sear protectors. Gas station itself was clean and there were many food, treat, and drink options. Love the Beer Cave and the drive thru service for a quick drink or snack...an awesome option! read more
