After that was finished I arrived and spoke with the attendant at the gas station. He said owner had been notified and had said the would need to be towed by 3 pm or she would call it in. I had already started a claim for having towed so I assumed there would be no issue making the deadline. I asked the attendant about the location and he believed it to be fine seeing as it was already scheduled to be towed. Well the owner lied and called it in at 1:30 pm and my tow truck watched it go by to the impound lot. She placed the call in 2 and half hours.
