DO NOT BUY THE CARWASH…read more Why do they sell car washes at the pump when there is no car wash onsite??? It was a big building so we assumed it was in the back It wasn't. They said we could use the credit at another station that had a car wash. We drove to the next OnCue, NO CAR WASH. I google it, and their website says they don't have car washes. Imagine my surprise. Looking into it further, they have 3rd party car washes at some locations, but THEY DONT GIVE YOU THE STREET ADDRESS TO MAP THEM!!! We drive back to original OnCue, getting a car wash from Charlie's on the way. Asked for a refund. They obliged, but had to wait a bit for the manager to process the refund. Probably won't use OnCue again. Fool me once...

The next time again there was only one cashier and a lot of people and the store was a mess and there was no convenience about this store. very dirty and again ended up leaving empty-handed. Then today wanted to yet try to get a cappuccino and went into a full house but two cashiers, but they were out of cappuccino in the machine and the cashier was on a personal phone call at the register. Do people have that little care to have a job or responsibility nowadays? This is just so sad to see I was really optimistic for this close 7-Eleven to be a gem.
