They said we could use the credit at another station that had a car wash. We drove to the next OnCue, NO CAR WASH. I google it, and their website says they don't have car washes. Imagine my surprise. Looking into it further, they have 3rd party car washes at some locations, but THEY DONT GIVE YOU THE STREET ADDRESS TO MAP THEM!!! We drive back to original OnCue, getting a car wash from Charlie's on the way. Asked for a refund. They obliged, but had to wait a bit for the manager to process the refund. Probably won't use OnCue again. Fool me once...

Edit: Contacted by Phillips 66, got an apology and a really nice personable person promised that the area supervisor for that store would address the training on customer relations and service. They also said they were sending out a letter and a gift card. No letter, no card. I have not been back to that store yet so I can't speak to the retraining, but I have my doubts. When I do go back I will edit again. So far up from 1 star to 2, lack of follow thru keeps it low. Employees should be trained and supervised at the store level, without corporate getting involved. In all my years as a manager I never had corporate come to me with a problem I hadn't already taken care of.

I don't eat much gas station chicken but always wondered about this brand because it is in a lot of convenience stores.
