I usually look over mistakes, but "Oops I Forgot" to give "Quality Stop" service is the worst experience I've ever had on the Globe! I am from Oklahoma, a business graduate, love culture and love business of sincerely winning people with exceptional service. The lady (Kim) that 'runs' it is very rude!
I walked in and greeted the lady associate with "Good Morning!" and she ignored me. Thinking that she didn't hear me, I said "GM!" again and she rudely replied: "What do you want?!" Shocked, I kindly replied, "All I need gas ma'am...My name is "K---" and what's your name? (in Chinese & Vietnamese ;)" Shocked I knew her native tongue (because I do international business) she replied, "I said what do you want?! You don't need my name! Give me your Credit Card!" Befuddled, I replied, "What I need is you to be kind to a fellow customer trying to support your business, because here in America, when some kindly speaks and supports your business, it is kind to speak back and appreciate your customer who's spending money with you??" She told me: "I DON'T CARE ABOUT AMERICA! I only get paid $8.50 an hour, so GO GET GAS SOMEWHERE ELSE & Leave my store!" I said, "If you don't care about America, what are you doing here then? Americans here in Choctaw are supporting your business, right?"
Conclusion: I would rather PAY $100 A GALLON and get an associate who appreciates the great country & people in this country that kindly provides US ALL the opportunity to EQUALLY take care our families. I quickly reported "Kim" to the Better Business Bureau and will tell everyone I know to boycott this unappreciative, oppressive business experience!" It should be called P'Oops', I Forgot to give Quality Service!!" I strongly recommend: Avoid at all cost! K read more
