They have a picture taken when they first pulled the car into the bay they claim shows the damage and say that proves it wasn't them. The fact that the damage could easily have happened in their parking lot before they pulled it into the bay the first time doesn't seem to matter. I had just had paint work done of this car and brought the car directly to Fast Lap from the paint shop. The damage was not there when I left the car at Fast Lap. It definitely happened at Fast Lap. I recommend going elsewhere. Your car may end up with more damage that it started with.

I've gone many times to have them check my car before road trips and they have never tried to get me to fix something unnecessarily or they give me a timeline of when I should get something fixed. When my tires were past due to change, they ordered the tires at a discount for me and told me who I should take the tires to to have them installed (again free of charge besides the little kickback he probably got from ordering the tires).
