I always fear the mechanic trying to use smoke and mirrors to get you to buy more than what is necessary. The work was done in a fair amount of time and price was accurate on the estimate. In my search for a new car I would take the cars to them and they would give me their honest opinion. I later took in my Nissan Altima because it had the check oil light on after I had my oil changed at a chain. Turned out to be the cap was loose after having that "checked" at the chain I went to (they didn't charge me for their time). I've gone many times to have them check my car before road trips and they have never tried to get me to fix something unnecessarily or they give me a timeline of when I should get something fixed. When my tires were past due to change, they ordered the tires at a discount for me and told me who I should take the tires to to have them installed (again free of charge besides the little kickback he probably got from ordering the tires). If you haven't already guessed. I trust these guys with all my car needs. I could have easily been swindled seeing as my car knowledge is 0. These guys are the best!!

INAPPROPRIATE INTERACTIONS WITH MINORS! Awful experience with sooner mufflers. Where do I start? I…read morecalled the shop multiple times during posted business hours and always went straight to voicemail. After weeks of trying to get a hold of someone at the shop, I finally get a hold of a guy named cash. I asked him how much it would be to get the muffler that I had installed and when he could do it. He answered my questions like I was an idiot but finally got him to get Me scheduled. This is where it gets weird... so I am on my way to the appointment and I get a call from Cash. Cash then tells me how I need to meet him at this location so that I as the customer need to pick him up to take him to sooner mufflers otherwise he wasn't going to do my muffler. First of all I have never met this man in my life and second the customer shouldn't be responsible for getting him to work. And 3rd I am a minor and he knew that which is super inappropriate And pretty scary. I called him back telling him no and how I didn't feel comfortable picking him up in my vehicle. instead of understanding he got extremely mad and started guilt tripping me and started Cussing at me because I wouldn't give him a ride to his own work to do the job I was paying him to do. So I end up canceling the appointment with how baffled and uncomfortable I am. Very scary experience do not recommend and stay away from sooner mufflers and especially Cash that guy is no good and should be put on a list.

They take a lot of time to get to vehicles so I only go when I can drop my car off and borrow someone else's or carpool that day. I brought my car in for an oil change. The day after I got it back, there was oil all over the driveway. They cheerfully towed the car in, and fixed the loose filter, providing me a ride home and sending a Lyft to get me when the car was ready. For my trouble, they gave me a free oil change in the future. Next day, same thing: oil on the driveway again. Somewhat less cheerfully, they asked me to bring the car in. This time, they had crushed the washer on the drain plug. I got a ride that time, too, but one way only, and they didn't throw in a third oil change. These guys may not get it right the first time, but they will keep trying until they do, sorta. I will give them that.
