Fast, friendly, honest and affordable auto repair…read more I've been a Firestone customer for years and few locations have impressed me as much as Bethany, OK. Their service is always friendly and efficient. In my most recent visit, I had an oil change, full vehicle inspection, tire rotation and rear brake change performed in under one hour and 10 minutes. That is hard to beat anywhere. Having your car repaired can be a nerve-wracking experience, but this Firestone is very honest and upfront about repairs and suggested work. There have been times where they told me I didn't have to get repairs right away and other times they took a moment to explain problems and potential future issues to me in great detail. I really appreciate that. It is clear that this Firestone goes a long way to ensure you are satisfied, so I definitely recommend this location for your auto repairs and routine maintenance.

Oh how this place just dazzles. My experience started by bringing my vehicle there for what should…read morehave been a fairly straightforward repair, a new bearing on my wheel. They replaced the bearing but "forgot" to tighten the axle nut. Kinda important if you want your wheel assembly to stay on. Well as luck would have it, it was a few months before the nut shimmied its way off until driving it became difficult. I'm guessing this is how it felt driving in a covered wagon. I was going about 70+ and almost lost my entire wheel assembly. When we confronted the shop, the guy "or manager" wanted to play the blame game. The biggest most arrogant misogynist I have ever come across. He wouldn't refund nor work a repair out with the sister company Hibdon. I opened a claim with Bridgestone and they paid all the damages. Steer clear of this business. Go to Hibdon, they are amazing!
