They will purposely quote you a lower price on the phone just to get your business and then charge you double once they do the work and you're stuck with the bill. Service Manager Draven Edwards is a straight up liar! He quoted me $1,000 to replace a timing cover and when I came to pick up my truck they billed me $2,000. When I protested this, they decided to find the phone recording. Surprise, surprise they conveniently weren't able to recover the recording and I was stuck with a bill that I didn't authorize! Store Manager Chuck Nessman did nothing to correct his employee misquoting customers and blamed me as if I misheard him. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Lying to customers is not a sustainable business strategy and your customer rating reflect this. On top of all that, my truck died on the way home. If you like waiting, disrespect, and bad communication then come to the worst Firestone location I've experienced. I bought the lifetime alignment awhile back and have been to multiple locations and they've all been great. This location gives the company a bad reputation. When I walked in, an older gentleman was walking in from the shop with paperwork, then looked me in the eye and turned around and went back into the shop. Fast, friendly, honest and affordable auto repair. I've been a Firestone customer for years and few locations have impressed me as much as Bethany, OK. Their service is always friendly and efficient. In my most recent visit, I had an oil change, full vehicle inspection, tire rotation and rear brake change performed in under one hour and 10 minutes. That is hard to beat anywhere. Having your car repaired can be a nerve-wracking experience, but this Firestone is very honest and upfront about repairs and suggested work. There have been times where they told me I didn't have to get repairs right away and other times they took a moment to explain problems and potential future issues to me in great detail. I really appreciate that. It is clear that this Firestone goes a long way to ensure you are satisfied, so I definitely recommend this location for your auto repairs and routine maintenance. read more

I called every single fire stone within an hour and it was like seven or eight and this is the only one that could help me and he told me he didn't have the mechanic I need but I could still come to see if they could work it out and I showed up he took my keys and had my car fixed in five minutes and didn't charge me when everybody else was trying to charge me $50 and said I was good to go.......I will definitely make this my go to fire stone I don't care what anybody else says read more

Terrible....woke up this AM to find it had a flat tire. Called these guys, as firestone Tire shops tend to be trusty in tires, yeah? Took my Tire up there, was okay with the 19.99 price to repair a year old high end Tire...well the manager, after his review said the tire was trash, couldn't repair...I asked to view the tire issue myself. Was COMPLETELY in an area that they could have patched it, but instead tried to sell me on a 240.00 tire... Couldn't believe his attitude when I said I would look elsewhere on a tire needing only a patch, " fine load it up yourself.." was his answer... Well guys, many places in town sell and maintenance tires. This one is not to be trusted, scammy manager doesn't care about you, or your flat tire on a weekday work morning....only his Tire sales. Screw these guys, folks like him are why people intentionally don't trust Mechanic shops. Oh got my Tire patched and repaired at another shop for 10.00.... no issues, "trashed" tire back on the road no thanks to these folks. Skip them, look elsewhere. read more

Every time I go to the Bethany store I think the guys name is James who all of a sudden today 31st of December, he's the manager cording to him. I show up for my normal oil change and rotation no cars on the southside and He gleefully says he can't Get to me until Saturday. Since win at 8:30 in the morning do you turn down an all change and then when I asked him to speak to the manager that's when he told me he's the manager so I'm writing this review and never going back read more

My wife's death trap of a car has had it's brakes squealing for apparently 6months or so, and while a friend was working on it for an unrelated issue he mentioned how terrible the brakes sounded and worked. It was at this time my father in law mentioned: FIRESTONE WILL INSPECT and QUOTE your brakes (and possibly other things related to wheels) for FREE. Super stoked, because being on a strict budget: FREE = the God of "good deals." Anyway, I figured I'd just pop in, but it turns out they were low staffed that day so it was going to take like 3hrs before they could get to my wife's car, so instead (because I have the time off) I opted to make an appointment for the next morning. The next morning I brought the car in, they were super courteous, even offered to have me driven home (I assume for free, but I declined and opted to play games on my phone) because I live super close. When they pulled everything off to look at my car, apparently more HORROR STORIES from David Stanley Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge in Norman surfaced. (look up that review for a delightfully angry review) Seems the left front brake pad was COMPLETELY WORN (like "oh god we're all going to die" bad). The RIGHT side however, was less than 50% worn. Now according to the brake-techs that were looking at this (and literally scratching their heads, seriously: literally) said "we've never seen uneven wear like this." Seems the only explanation is that the right side had been replaced and not the left (uneven brakes are apparently bad news as uneven braking can cause swerving/veering and in a worst-case failure to brake on one side of the car could cause a slide and/or roll) or the left side had been yanked and replaced with crappy older brakes in order to "fix" the brakes on some other used frankencar David Stanley is plaguing the roads with. Either way: Someone did something stupid and cheap which makes me a sad puppy. The techs were super friendly, super helpful, they even walked me to the car in their garage to physically show me the damages/parts and give me an "intro to PT Cruiser brake systems" which was awesome. Only reason I did not pop a 5-star rating is the cost. They gave me a quote for $630 to replace all the worn parts (front pads/rotors and rear shoes) including service and a fluid flush. Roughly $400 of that was parts, which my father in law found online for a grand total of $97 (no shipping as it was Advanced Auto Parts with store pickup). All in all it looks like going through mechanic friends/family and buying the parts myself I will be able to reduce a $630 bill to under $200. read more

If I could have...I would have given Firestone a negative 1 (not even a 0). While traveling, I received a flat tire in this area (traveling on I 40 East). It was late evening. I decided to stay over night at a local hotel. The next morning, I called roadside assistance who sent a tow, who transported my car to Firestone. Sidenote: My car became disabled due to the spare tire (the spare and the car original lugs were not a match which caused my car wheels to lock-up-I was unable to drive the car). Firestone did not have my tire in stock and since it was Sunday could not get one from their local warehouse. While waiting for them to uncover the reasoning of why my car wouldn't drive, they informed me that my other rear tire was wearing, too. This is a sports car (not my only car) and it requires high performance tires (usually 250 plus dollars or more per tire). I agreed to the two tires. I spent yet another night at a local hotel. I was told my car would be ready early afternoon. Before leaving the hotel, I called and was informed the technician had placed the tires on my car but there was another issue. Upon my arrival, the desk tech informed me that my parking brake was damaged due to the spare tire and would need replacing. It would cost another 230 bucks. Reluctantly, I agreed. Of course, this would add additional hours to my time in Bethany. Remember, I broke down in this little town. While waiting, he decided to tell me about another problem and I would have to pay additional monies for this supposedly new problem with my parking brake. I politely, replied, "put my tires on my car so I can leave this place." We were up to 950.00 dollars. My greatest issue with this establishment is their lack of regard of my time. I am traveling (not a local) and they have refused service in a timely manner. They have had my vehicle for 1.5 days and it should have been put ahead of any walk-ins. I spoke with the driver who delivered the tires and he told me my tires were delivered around 10am. It's about 2p and I am still waiting. I have 16 more hours to go and the best they could do is come up with more ways to get more money from me. If you're going to milk me for MORE money please do it with kindness. The desk tech is awful. I can't believe he's the first point of contact. He's AWFUL! I am encouraging anyone in the area to frequent other companies if you have auto needs. read more

The service here is not what I want when I drop off my car to be taken care of. I dropped off my vehicle 3 hours before closing time, just coming for a fluid and oil change. I never receive a phone call from them telling me my car is done, so I call about 15 minutes before closing time and ask if I'll be able to pick it up today. They told me they tried to call and let me know it was ready (I received no call). They said only if I can make it there in 8 minutes, otherwise I couldn't and would have to come in the morning. This wouldn't be a problem if the communication was better and this company was more trustworthy. I think they could've called again, seeing as I am not too fond of leaving my vehicle in the hands of a company that gives up after one phone call. read more

Dropped off car at 9;00 am for a tire rotation, flat repair and a oil change. They said they would have it by 3;00 pm. Went by at 3;45 and the car was still not started. I have been here before and there overpriced but close to the house. But wasted my day and time. John read more

Went in on Sunday to have a flat repaired and they said it was unrepairable but could set me up with two new Bridgestones for around $600. I then took it to Auto World on 39th Street and they said no problem, $15 for a patch, no $30 to rebuild the sensor. Be very careful. read more

This was my first time going to this store, as I needed to get my new Firestone tires rotated and balanced. I was told that it would be awhile before they could get my vehicle in, no problem I would wait. Once my vehicle was pulled into the stall it took two hours for the job to be complete. I got my keys and left thinking everything went well. I stopped to get gas and noticed one of my lug nuts was destroyed. I returned to the store to let them know that they need to replace the lug nut. I was told that the person that did the job was new and that that he had a problem getting it off. I wasn't looking for excuses, just a new lug nut. If you destroy a lug nut you should replace it before delivering the vehicle back to the customer and let them know what happened, not just say nothing and think the customer will not notice. I had to wait another hour for the new lug nut was replaced. I will not return to this store nor will I recommend it to others. read more
