There was stuff everywhere. The floors were filthy. It looks like it's never been cleaned underneath their sinks, I wouldn't use their bathrooms, I would go outside first, it's just disgusting so I decided that I would email the company instead of posting a nasty review about them to see if I could get anything accomplished. Well, needless to say I did not I even offered to work there, he said he has 24 hour workers, which I've never seen I've seen a girl out there, sleeping a lot of times but nobody cleaning, I asked her if she worked there, she told me no, but they say they're clean. And all it's false advertisement. But people have to care about the place they live, pick yourself up that you drop on the floor if you spill something wipe it up, I mean, come on, people get a little bit of pride in yourself and your community and actually makes me sick to think that this is how Latonia has turned out.\n But the owner reassured me that on his part, he would make sure that the stuff was clean. The floors and everything because they're not they're disgusting. The horses aren't wiped down the floors aren't clean, there's stuff everywhere underneath the sinks, is mold and mildew. I can't imagine what's in those washing dryers. And a lot of people don't have a car or any other way of going anywhere else, but there 'cause it's so close. So I think that the owners should make sure that their facility is as clean as they can keep it, he reassured me that it was and would be so I went there the other night and this is what I found I'm posting pictures, and I'm not sure what's going to let me close my video or not because I think it's too long but I've tried cutting it and I can't cut it without Missing the big place of it. So if you go there to wash your clothes just know that you've been warned. I would not wash nothing there. I would not dry nothing there. That was going to go in my house on my back or my body or my bed, anything?. I hope that the chooses see this as constructive criticism and fix the place up, you know, at least get the floors, get the mold and mildew away or that the people find another place to go. We are traveling in an RV and there's ample parking right near the door. Brand, new machines, convenient payment, very clean, and staff that really seems proud of their superior laundry, Queen city is located near our waterfront campground and is especially convenient for people like us who are traveling in periodically need to do large batches of laundry. The washers and dryers were adequately working. They have washer and dryer sizes to accommodate all laundry loads. I washed 4 loads including 2 covers and a large comforter for approximately $25. Unfortunately, the staff was not very attentive or professional on Sunday, May 17th. I had a few questions and he was outside on his cell having a conversation with someone on speaker phone. I asked a question and he rudely told me to "wait a minute". Finally, he showed me how to pay for a card to use in the equipment. There were also a few minor leaks from the shafts going across the ceiling. They were leaking into small containers catching the water dripping. That looked as if it needed to be repaired immediately. All in in all, I would give it a 7 out of 10. The music was great! The oldies station plays while you wait. They also have refreshments for purchase. I would return. Hopefully, the minor inconveniences will be addressed/repaired prior to my return.

She kindly guided me through the whole process. Further, I have been a salesperson for the last 7 years in my day job and was thoroughly impressed by Leah's "sales pitch" of the big machines! She let me know the differentiators of the fact that the water passes through the washer instead of collecting and how the big dryer fluffs comforters nicely. "You're going to love it!" I didn't expect that, but it was a wonderful experience! She was skilled in the art of framing! Also, time is money, and these machines did these large loads super-fast, so the cost was worth it! Upon arrival I found a clean well appointed business that was welcoming and pleasant to spend time in! I was able to do my own laundry in a short amount of time with no issues. Looks like it was recently renovated with new flooring, paint and washing machines. They have 6 Huge dryers at .25 cents for 4 minutes. They have 7 washing machines the smallest one is 3 load capacity for $3.75 (25 min). The larger one is 5 loads for $5.50. They also accept credit cards in the washing machines which is convenient. The soap dispenser machine is $1, however they dont sell dryer sheets so you may need to bring that yourself. Free wifi here and a little table to sit on while waiting. Super cute place, but I didnt see any bathrooms available. Ample parking on the street and about 1 mile from downtown Cincy.
