With no tools to extract the bolt out I called The one and only Jimmy T at Letko Cycles at 2:30 on a Saturday and told him I had an emergency. Told him the problem and he told me to get the bike to him ASAP. Letko Cycles here we come. After about 30 min or so Jimmy and Scott Spears got that thing out of there. The relief my son had when Jimmy handed me the other half of the broken bolt was huge knowing the race was on! This is why I have been a customer of Letko Cycles for over 20 years! They may not always be the cheapest but they will always do what ever it takes to help me out when they can to get me to the races. Thanks again fellas!

I took it in for one of the pre-paid oil changes in 2020 and ended up trading for a new Street Glide Ultra Limited. I usually go back up there even though I live in Overland Park because I bought it there. However, since I live closer to Rawhide, I decided to stop in there to ask a question about wiring and a couple other things. Even though it was like 100 degrees on Friday when stopped in, Adam stood outside with me and answered all my questions. Toni, who had greeted me at the service counter, even brought us cold water. I returned on Sat and Levi helped me out with a demo Klock Werks Flare windshield demo, putting it on for me. He and Adam even let me try it out over night. When I returned today, Levi set me up with a new windshield and helped me pick out a new set of grips. They were very pushy about selling warranties and brought it up several times after we said no. My mom was getting frustrated at this point. I asked Dan about the extended Ag Program warranty that she qualified for, he dismissed my question until I insisted that we get more info. He agreed to follow up up with me the next week. He left a message on my mom's phone stating that the Ag Program extended warranty was not included, and the one they sell was better. I called BRP and in a few minutes they were able to add the free extended warranty to the VIN #. BRP customer service was amazing.
