Any issues with the repair service? Took a bike in & they couldn't fix the issue but it still cost a lot. They suggested a fix but it still didn't work. Not sure if I should go back or find a new place. Kind of hesitant ....

Dawn, could you get me some more info regarding your repair. Your last name, the vehicle, what the issue was etc. I would like to review your repair order and see if there is anymore that we can do to help out. You may email me at… Read more

Dave in the service department worked closely with the insurance company and kept me continually apprised of the progress.

Made an appointment at Engle and from the start I totally enjoyed just talking to the staff. They made you feel like you were part of a bigger family. The service area everyone I meet were riders and was happy to share experiences along with giving me insight on my own cycle which I had no clue of. I will just say these guys are awesome

Very disappointed in my experience. I called on Saturday to inquire about a used motorcycle they…read morehad in stock that I was interested in. The salesman, a 30yr employee, seemed helpful on the phone. I expressed interest in purchasing the bike but would be coming from out of state several hours away and couldn't get there until the following week. He immediately offered to take $1,000 off the price since I was traveling from so far away. I asked if I could make a deposit for him to reserve it. He said no, we have a Beemer guy to Beemer guy gentleman's agreement that he'd hold it for me. I made arrangements to borrow trailer, take a friend who had to alter his plans, made a hotel reservation, had to jump through hoops to get my boss to approve PTO on short notice.... first thing Tuesday morning, the salesman calls me and says he's got a customer willing to pay full price right now and he's local so they'll get his service business too. I again offered to put down a deposit. He said not unless you're willing to pay full price now... "actually you know what, I gotta sell it to this other guy, where in the business to make money and we'll get his service business too." - you know what buddy, you just lost a potential customer for life! As a 30yr salesperson you should know that your also in the business to build relationships. You just failed.

In 20 years of owning multiple R6 I have never paid more than $1000. These dudes want to rip you off in the worst way possible. I encourage you, if you are considering getting service there: go to the counter tell them what you need, then say the price seems a little high... you will see Banner turn to Hulk. I told them I got quoted $1050 at LCC, which is true, and they got extremely rude with me. Keep one thing in mind, this is a veteran owned business, I am a veteran, and they know that, and they still act like pricks. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect a fair price. I expected too much I guess. I wouldn't recommend LCC either (I left a review for them too) in today's climate, you would think these places would want to retain consumers, but their employees don't seem to have the customer service tools in their toolboxes. I have given these guys multiple chances, and they are just rude and entitled. I can't trust my bike with someone that's trying to rake me over the coals.

I recently dropped off two jet skis at Advantage Power Sports for service. When I returned to pick them up, the taillight on the driver's side of my trailer was broken off and dangling. I had specifically inspected both taillights before leaving home, and they were fully intact. There were no incidents while driving, and the damage was clearly new when I picked up the trailer. When I pointed this out to the technician, he brought it to the attention of the service manager. The manager told me immediately that the light was already broken when it arrived, which didn't match my memory or inspection. He offered to review camera footage, but the video was too distant and unclear to prove anything. It honestly seemed like someone may have accidentally stepped on or kicked it while the jet skis were being worked on. What really disappointed me wasn't the broken light itself -- that's an easy fix -- but how the situation was handled. Instead of listening and trying to find a fair resolution, the tone quickly shifted to defensiveness. It felt less like a company standing behind its work and more like a "cover yourself" culture. This isn't about the cost of a taillight; it's about integrity and how customers are treated when something goes wrong. I believe most people are good, and most businesses want to do right by their customers. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here. If you choose to do business with Advantage Power Sports, my advice is to trust but verify -- document your equipment before you drop it off and inspect everything carefully when you pick it up.
