Both of which were never discussed. When I confronted the clerk he told me that I did have a liner in the truck. After my third time informing him I did not, I asked him if he thought I was lying. He finally took off the extra $60 no discuss in this service. He basically treated me like a liar. ALSO - HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK - and I asked him why and he said it was his right. I expressed that he has the right to choose to wear or not when you are not at work consumer facing. You are in customer service, respect your customers by protecting them.

Yet, just because people state something - I still had to do my own research, and I got multiple estimates from different shops. Based on what I was told - I honestly liked what and how things were being replaced. Through out the repair process - they kept me updated via multiple e-mails every other day or so. They were actually sent the wrong body part early in the repair process and even sent me a picture of it, just so I knew they weren't making it up. After my vehicle was repaired and I needed further documentation - they still kept me updated even though they had already been paid by the insurance company - and had nothing to gain. I also actually spoke to the insurance company in the beginning - and they informed me 'Tanner was a good guy.' Now you can dismiss that - but the fact the insurance company is on personable terms with the body shop - that's a win/win for me. It may sound weird, but I'm actually glad I was in an accident as Tanner's made my vehicle look better than before they got it.

When speaking to the person up front, he was chill and relaxed. He was helpful with the decision making process on the percentage of tint I wanted which I appreciated. We then agreed on a percentage and my car began to get serviced. The service took about an hour or two which is normal. Once the service was complete, I got back in my car and noticed a big splash of liquid near the inside front of my driver side door window. There were other parts within the car that also had drip stains, but this one was the most noticeable. These were dried up stains on the car which made me feel like the cleanup of the vehicle was not taken care of properly. Additionally, I recently found a bottle of the window glass cleaner underneath one of my seats which was very surprising to see. While it can be viewed as a good thing, with the weather being as hot as it was, it made me worried about the product and if that could've caused any damage under my seats. The tinting was fantastic. It's very clean, done well, and is what I expected. I'm very thankful to have the tinting done to protect against the hot weather. Thank you again to the team I really appreciate it.

I had my vehicle repaired at this shop in July 2025 following a rear-end collision. In January…read more2026, I noticed a leak in the trunk. When the trunk was inspected, it was discovered that the liftgate had not been fitted properly, causing uneven gaps and a misaligned closure. Additionally, when I picked up the vehicle after the repair, the badging on the car was incorrect. I asked the shop to replace it, but during the replacement they dented the piece, leaving two palm-sized dents visible. The exhaust pipes had also been repaired but were noticeably crooked. When I brought this up at pickup, I was told that it was "normal." Later, when the bumper was removed during further inspection, it was discovered that the vehicle had sustained frame damage that had been repaired. Despite the shop communicating weekly during the repair process, very little detailed information was provide regarding the progress of repairs from July-August 2025. After a re-inspection and evaluation of the work that had been performed, it was ultimately determined that the vehicle was a total loss and should have been declared totaled after the initial accident. Overall, due to poor workmanship and the issues discovered after the repair, I would not recommend this location.
