We had an A/C compressor failure during the heatwave week. We contacted many A/C repair companies; many of them insisted that they need to do a diagnostic before they can give us a quote. Not only that it was a long wait but it was pretty pricey for them to come out and then give us a long list of unnecessary repair items. We finally found and hired All Air Services; Sam didn't do a diagnostic; he agreed with our troubleshoot reviews and gave us a fair quote for the compressor replacement. Sam and his staff, Martinez, were very helpful, fast and their thorough work was extremely professionalism. We definitely will introduce them to our friends and/or hire them again if needed someday. Third time working with All Air Services. I had a leak in my new Air Conditioning system. When my home warranty company finely contacted them, Sam came out and repaired the leak, even though he wasn't sure if the warranty company would pay him for the service. Sam and Max from All Air came by today to install my Pioneer ductless minisplit today. They did an excellent job for a GREAT price. Super clean install and they took the time to demonstrate how the unit works for both heating and cooling to make sure I was fully satisfied. Super impressed with both their work and reasonable prices. Something else of note- they were basically the only HVAC company I could find that would even entertain the idea of performing an install on a minisplit unit that they didn't sell me themselves. Sam with All Air Services was such a great help to us. He helped us last summer repair our unit in the dead of heat. He was friendly and helpful, and met all of our needs. Flash forward to this spring, our unit ended up needing to be replaced. Sam came and replaced our unit and furnace for a very reasonable price. He does quality work and was very thorough. The owner/tech was quick and showed up at the scheduled time--very rare today. Was very professional in quickly diagnosing the problem and helped quickly process the replacement unit approval with my home warranty company--not an otherwise easy or quick task given the usual red tape involved with this process. First to arrive, honest, easy to work with, and stands behind his work. What more can you ask for. I've used All Air twice now, once for a dead blower motor and again for a condensate leak. Both times I started with google, called a half dozen people, and let whoever could be on site first have dibs. Both times, All Air Bear the competition; most recently, two were booked for 4 and 7 days just for a consultation, and two more didn't even answer or return my call!). And not only was he on site with the hour, he had it fixed same-day! The work he performed solved both problems and is holding up just fine. Both times he walked me through what he saw without resorting to scare tactics or bamboozling to try and drum up sales, and he offered an UNBIASED range of solutions. An honest AC guy is probably as rare as an honest mechanic. Best of all, his work came with a money-back guarantee should he need to return for the same issue. Our recent experience with All Air Services (Owner: Sam) was nothing short of Exceptional. Sam was personable as we collaborated to identify a solution that would best meet our needs. Our existing HVAC system was more than 30 years old and in need of replacement. Sam's professionalism identified areas of concern as he assessed our immediate as well as future needs. My AC went out and I was referred to All Air Services through my Warranty Company. This was during the heat in August and Sam called to let me know that he was booked but said he would come by to assess my situation. My AC was 30 yrs old and he recommended replacement. He worked closely with me and my warranty company to make sure everything was taken handled. He followed up as promised and kept to all his commitments. This is the worst customer service I have ever had! DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! We were having some trouble with our AC unit so I contacted out home warranty company (old republic) they told me someone from All Air would be contacting me within normal business hours to set up an appointment. I received a call 2 days later at 9pm at night from Sam. He refused to set a specific appointment time and said I can be there tomorrow sometime after noon. As I work Mon-Fri 8-5 I asked if this would be a four hour window (typical of most repair companies) and he proceeded to tell me if I want service "I need to work around his schedule" we set an appointment for the next day and I left work early be sure and be home. He did not show up. We contacted back the next day and set another appointment he assured us he would be there. I took of work early again and thankfully he was at my house when I arrived. As I walked him to the unit he proceeded to ask me how much my home cost!? (Inappropriate!) after attempting to leave without telling me any information he told me to contact my homeowners warranty company. While on the phone with them he told he I was "wasting his time and he is going to leave" the home warranty company asked to speak with him and come to find out he did not even perform a pressure test which is required for the warranty. However in the meantime he was asking to be paid. (Why would I pay you if you are not even performing the services needed!?) after going back out to conduct the pressure test while I was on the phone updating the warranty company of the poor customer service we received he then began to say we owe him an extra $100 for cleaning the unit! All in all I would NEVER trust this man inside my home. He has poor ethics, demanding money for services he did not provide and telling me I am wasting his time when did not even show up for his scheduled appointment. My AC unit all of sudden stopped working; pushing cold air out. It was Friday around 5pm and I called around and All Air picked up. I spoke to Sam and he was very accommodating, he would be out the next day in the morning. He didn't try selling me anything and was very matter of fact. Fixed the problem and got it up and running. I would use All Air Services again. I am picky about who I trust into my home and Sam and his assistant (did not get his name) were very professional and trustworthy. Sam was also honest about the situation with our air conditioner leaking freon (sp?) and described to me the process for the issue and coordinating with home warranty company. So, normally I would not give a one star review no matter what, or how bad I felt I was treated, But this one, I feel deserves it based off of couple of infractions (if you would). I have American Home Shield warranty for my homeowners warranty company, and my AC went out, so I had three companies come out( over the past months), and they all said the exact same thing (it's too old, undersized and fails when temps get too high) however, they try a couple things to make my AC work a little bit better than what it was when they first arrive. So when all air services came out (the owner and his worker) I expected something because my warranty company says they were the HVAC master technicians, but they walked into my home and three minutes later they walked out of my home and all they said was your units too small you need ductwork, and I will notify the warranty company. The warranty company said they would replace my unit granted if all air services deemed it necessary, but two weeks later I called the warranty company to find out what the status was and they said they have not received a report from all their services, and they could not move forward with it. They also mentioned they have reached out to him several times including sending emails and messages, and I likewise have reached out to him three times via the number listed on his site, but no answer, and there is no way to leave a message as his mailbox is full. I thought something was wrong when we scheduled a time for him to be there at 2 o'clock and I waited for an hour and 15 minutes before reaching out to him, and he answered and said I will be there when I can and showed up at 3:15 or 345. Now that we are in the peak of summer with 110 degree temperatures and no report for the warranty company to go off of, we are stuck at this point. So I hope he reads this and reaches out to me, or reaches out to the warranty company. He should also mention that he and his worker were sweating profusely inside because it was too hot, so if that was the case he should have at least attempted to try to fix our AC unit and not brush it off to not even send his report to the company so they know what steps to proceed with. read more

All Air Services was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had. At first they seemed very accommodating because they responded quickly(1 day after calling) to my air conditioner not functioning. When the tech arrived he climbed on the roof to assess the unit. About ten minutes later he climbed down and had me turn the thermostat down. The unit was still blowing hot air. He then explained that my air conditioner unit was running in reverse and needed to be replaced and that it was very old and not worth repairing. He said the repair would pose more problems because the unit may be prone to leaking. He wrote up my receipt, noting that he recommended replacing the whole unit. I asked when he would be submitting the report to my warranty company and he said he would later that day. At this point, he collected his payment and left. Here we are over a week later. At no point has he submit his report to my warranty company, meaning I am at a stand still until they get the prognosis report. After numerous failed attempts to contact him my warranty company had no choice but to issue me a new technician from a different company. Abbott Heating and Air Conditioning came to my rescue today. The tech climbed on the roof and immediately came down because there were several hornets nests in the air conditioning unit. So much so that he had to spray and wait 15 minutes for the hornets to subside so he could open up the unit. Interesting right! How did All Air Services manage to adequately assess the condition of my AC if it was swarming with bees? This leads me to believe that the technician from All Air Services was full of nonsense and failed to properly assess my AC. After Abbott Heat and Air completed their assessment today they explained that my AC is in very good condition, is only about 10 years old and will be good for another 10 years. The problem was simply with my thermostat in the house. He did a quick swap out and voila, my AC was running like a pro! Thank you Abbott!!! I'm pretty darn sure All Air Services came out to my house to collect a paycheck with no intentions of actually helping me with my AC. It is extremely disappointing and disheartening to know that a company from my hometown does such shady business. Beware, they may pull a fast one on you like they did to me. read more

When my furnace first went out ,I got a few quotes and Sam was able to beat the lowest quote without any hassling. That was a couple years ago. At that time he recommended a new system the next time it goes out. He stated it would be a good idea but he didn't try to pressure me into buying a new one like the other companies did. Which told me, he wasn't just trying to sell me crap I didn't need. So when my old system finally gave out, I knew I had to give Sam a call. I still got quotes from other companies to try and find the best deals, but Sam had the best prices again and based on the previous experience I had with him, it was a no brainer. Gave Sam a call at 7:38 this morning. He had replaced our friend's unit earlier this year, and they had a great experience... so when our air wasn't turning on, I immediately asked for his information. He picked up right away and offered to come out between 9-9:30 same day. He arrived right within that window and I am writing this review at 9:45. He is quick, efficient, and fair. We needed a new starter and a top-off for our freon. Sam gave us some great advice about how much longer we likely have with our 20 year old system and how much we might need to budget for its eventual replacement. Found this company's ad on craigslist. Since its licensed and bonded I felt that it was safe to use their service. Sam, the owner, came out, trouble shooted my gas fireplace. Found the problem, didn't need to replace any parts. I think most large sized companies would have taken advantage of the situation and tried to replace some parts for profit. On an annual basis, my a/c goes out just before the first heat wave. In the past, it has taken at least 2 visits before the repairman could fix it. However, this year was different. I contacted my home warranty company as I have in prior years. This year, my home warranted company actually provided me with a professional. Sam from All Air Services called me the following morning and asked me a few questions about the issues I was having and said he could be at my house within the hour. Our heater stopped working on Friday afternoon and we called our warranty service. They assigned out to a vendor who closes at 4:00 pm and they did not answer their phone. I called warranty back 2 hours later and they reassigned to first available. All Air Services accepted the case, called immediately and showed up the next morning when they said they would. At 5:30 on Friday, Sam was not able to come to call because all his trucks were out or he would have. He quickly diagnosed the problem and contacted the warranty company. The new part was put in on Tuesday because it had to be ordered. Sam kept us up to date, showed up when he said he would and quickly resolved the problem. Sam has been great. I have had issues with my AC since I moved into my house, which was 4 years ago. Every year around spring I contacted my home warranty company because my unit didn't cool. One guy they sent claimed my condenser coils were damaged. I requested a second opinion and the other company said nothing was wrong with my condenser coils. The guy with that company claimed to have found the leak in my unit. He fixed it, or so I thought. Fast forward to his year I had the same problem with my AC not cooling. So yes I contacted my home warranty again, pitched a fit, and they sent All Air Services. I'm thankful that Sam did what the last few companies could not do and that was appropriately assess the situation and report to my home warranty that my AC needed to be replaced. All Air Services just did an outstanding job repairing my heat and ac unit. After I explained the problem's I've been having not only with the unit but other repair company's Sam literally went out of his way to help as I'm out of his service area. He was on time and professional. He found the problem and showed me on the voltage meter and explained what and why the part was bad. He replaced the part and it was the first time that the heating part of the unit worked correctly. We made a plan to fix it right once and for all. Sam came back 2 day's later, this time he had another technician with him who was an Army veteran. Everything Mike did was impressive. When everything was finished it was nice and neat and a lot more heavy duty than I was expecting. Sam explained too me how everything was going to work and how to use the system the right way.
