Not only is their store full of quality jewlery, their customer service, repair services are beyond excellent! This family shows their concern for you and want you to be satisfied with their service and products. I had a small ring that my husband gave me on out 25th wedding anniversary. Due to arthritis, I needed to have the ring cut off. I was so saddened to think I would lose this. (My husband passed in Dec. 2019, so all my treasures from him are treasured memories.) Removing the ring was difficult, but Sayat - with Selin and his niece, they persevered with care and were able to remove it in such a shape that Sayat could rebuild it for me. I picked it up today and wanted to cry! It is more beautiful that on the day I got it 27 years ago. I will return. I want to have a custom piece made for out daughter-in-law and I will go nowhere else!!! Thank you Selin and Sayat! CRH

They are very experienced and respectful and provide a top notch experience. We loved having my engagement ring resized there, bought both our wedding bands there, customized by wedding band, and they even helped fix one of my white gold chains to hold a special gift from my mom on my wedding day (a diamond pendant made from my grandmothers engagement ring). We will always go to them for our Jewlery needs. They have the honesty, timeliness, and integrity I look for in a Jewlery buisness, and I will always trust them with my most precious pieces!

Sorry for the long read but worth before going!…read more The most unprofessional business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! My ordeal started when I took my Fossil watch in to have a broken stem repaired. They were unable to repair it has I waited. He said it would take about a week to get the part and ship to me. I agreed and he charged me for the repair upfront. 2 weeks pasted and I called to see if my watch had shipped, he said yes. 2 weeks go by and no watch. Called again he said it was shipped. I asked for a tracking number and he was unable to provide one. I returned to his store as I was in the area to see if it might still be there. He looked and could find no trace of it. No return tag that I still had, no tracking that it shipped, nothing! I finally realized that I was not going to receive the watch as it was either lost or he did something else with it. I asked him to replace the watch with the same design and he said he would. Another couple weeks I called and asked if he had found a replacement and he said no, he was not going to get one. We finally decided that it would be best for him to refund the money I had put out as well as a fair value for the lost watch. He said he would send a check. A few weeks go by and no check. I called and he said the check was mailed. I waited a few more weeks and still no check. I then went to his shop, as I was in the area again. When I showed up he said that he would give me cash but he did not have enough to cover it. He then said he would write a check which took him forever to find his check book. Finally got the check! He asked if I received the other check to rip it up. It has been over a month since I was last at his store and no check in the mail. I recommend that you never leave a watch of value in this man's hands as he has no idea what he is doing. Never ever will I enter his business or recommend him to anyone other than don't go!

I contacted the manufacturer in Germany and they referred me to three authorized repair shops in the US, of which Keith is one. I went down the list and the others said my clock was out of warrantee and referred me to other websites to look for a repair shop. To the contrary, instead of telling me my clock was out of warrantee or asking me to ship the clock to him, Keith shared some initial steps for me to take to first see whether the clock will restart. After a few follow up text messages, my Cuckoo clock is back up and running -- and singing sweetly on the hour and half hour. Keith, you're a gentleman, and you didn't have to help me via phone and text. Much appreciated, and I wish I was in your area to thank you in person. -Drew, Washington DC

From the beginning, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. The staff I dealt with, Shabana, was extremely rude and dismissive whenever I tried to ask reasonable questions about the repair process or pricing. The biggest issue was the pricing and lack of transparency. I was quoted OVER $3,000 to repair a watch worth around $8,000. When I asked for an itemized invoice, I still never received a proper professional breakdown showing actual labor costs, exact parts pricing, or clear justification for the amount being charged. The "estimate" was basically handwritten notes with vague descriptions like "overhaul x3," "gear set," "jewels," etc. What made this even more concerning was that I contacted official and other reputable watch service centers afterward and received estimates that were literally LESS THAN HALF of what this shop was charging. That alone should tell people something. The pricing also kept changing. That does not inspire confidence in the legitimacy of the pricing structure. I understand luxury watches are expensive to repair. I understand water damage can require additional work. I am NOT complaining because I expected a cheap repair. I'm complaining because the pricing felt extremely inflated and the business practices felt very questionable. To make matters worse, the polishing work was not even done properly and had 3 months for service but even they did not have the crystal to replace. For the amount being charged, I expected near-professional finishing quality, and it simply was not there. Every time I tried to calmly discuss the invoice, compare estimates, or ask for clarification, the conversation became defensive and hostile. Eventually I gave up trying to communicate because it felt impossible to have a normal customer conversation. Please be careful if you are bringing a high-end watch here. I'm sure many of the positive reviews may come from basic battery replacements, simple resizing, or standard low-cost repairs. But based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from trusting this place with an expensive luxury watch repair unless you are prepared for: * extremely high pricing, * poor transparency, * aggressive communication, * and questionable value compared to authorized or reputable service centers. Do your research first. Get multiple estimates. Ask for a REAL itemized invoice before approving anything. And definitely compare with the manufacturer's official service center before leaving your watch here.
