We been going to Dr Cotton now for 3 years and it's always a fun experience for us. We didn't like the COVID restrictions they had at first because my daughter would be scared of being alone but glad they got rid of it. They have always been kind to us and we have done a couple procedures with them. We now go every 6 months for Katherinas cleaning. They give you to choose a toothbrush at the end as a gift and they give you a token for the toy machine, when you check out the lady there is extremely lovely and always has this dog with her, her name is Willow. She's the cutest thing on the world so I snagged some pics of her while we pet her. The office is always super clean and I really like the young kid that was helping the doctor. He was a sweetheart and made my daughter feel funny and comfortable. We also got there late because we got stocked in traffic and they were very kind to wait for us as we were the last appointment.

Great interesting playful lobby

So far we are in the lobby and it's clean has lots of toys and reading material. Only one other family is here in the waiting room. The doctor was awesome very informative. The waiting room was filling up when we left. What a great first dentist experience for our 19 month daughter! Walk into the room and it's got the fish theme throughout nice friendly staff. Bubbles and they don't rush you out. They take the time to answer you questions give you good information. So highly recommended for a small child and infant ! Our pediatrician suggested we have our daughters teeth looked at before she turned two ! We are glade we did. clean bill of health from the dentist all her teeth are coming in great! We will recommend this place to everyone! Just a heads up our daughter screamed while they looked at her teeth but they make it fast and as painless as possible !!! Lol poor girl she got over it right away! Facility is clean, fun, and enjoyable.

They are rude, condescending and completely unorganized. On more than one occasion they failed to accurately schedule my sons appointments. One time he went in for a scheduled cleaning and they confused him with another patient who was having a tooth extraction. Another, he was to go in for fillings and they again had him down for a tooth extraction. There is a clear lack of any customer service. I am ultimately leaving the practice due to the overall unprofessionalism by this staff and true lack of care.

I was able to get an appointment the day after I initially called. We had a great experience at the appointment itself. We had a very friendly welcome by the receptionist. There is a nice play area for kids to play while they are waiting, although we didn't have to wait long. The tech gave a thorough explanation of how the appointment would go, which would be great to ease the anxiety of nervous parents. The Dentist himself was SO nice and took the time to educate me on what oral hygiene looks like for a 1 year old. The exam was quick with a "developmental exam". I thought it was a great experience for getting my girl used to going to the dentist. I've already recommended this office to my friend and will be going back in the future.

Let me cut right to the chase before I delve into the details:…read more This is the pediatric dental office you want. My 2 year old bumped one of her front teeth a few months ago and it's been a watch and wait situation. It started with a small pink speck which slowly got a little bigger and darker, then eventually got a small perforation (hole) in the tooth which then turned it to a light shade of grey where the bump was initially. You guys...I STRESSED OUT over this beyond what any normal, rational person should. I saw another pediatric dentist who recommended extracting the tooth, which was not what I was hoping for. I just kept envisioning every photo for the next 6+ years of my sweet girl being toothless. Then because of her age the procedure recommended would require sedation or anesthesia which scared me even more. I was sick about this. See, I told you! Who knew I'd be such a crazy mom? I reluctantly scheduled the extraction with the other office and then worried and stressed about this all over again (and again and again). So after about a week and a half of going back and forth over this in my head, my sweet girls tooth started to chip off. Then I really started freaking out. "OMG. What it it just keeps breaking off and then she's in serious pain??" Calm down, Carolyn. I ended up calling Arizona Pediatric Specialists because they had initially been recommended to me by a faculty member at AT Still. I explained to them all of my concerns. The office is not in network for my insurance and I had hesitated calling them before because of this but with all of my uncertainty and not loving the initial office we visited, I decided I would bite the bullet and go anyway. You guys. This office is amazing. AMAZING. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. It's clean, inviting, decorated with trains! My daughter is crazy about trains. She was in heaven! In fact, the she even cried during the exam because she wanted to go back out the the front and play with the trains again. The front office staff was so accommodating, they made me feel like we were the only patients being seen that day. Then we met Dr. Clark, and if I hadn't already been impressed by everything else so far, I would have been so happy with our visit just based on him alone. He was so friendly and gentle with my crying and wiggly toddler and he listened to my whole sordid and ridiculous story with patience and kindness. We talked about a couple of different treatment options and Dr. Clark has opted to try and save her tooth with a baby root canal and a crown. How amazing is that? Perhaps I won't have a toothless toddler after all! The treatment coordinator helped me get checked out and made sure I had all the info I needed for our followup appointment and she was just as nice as everyone else had been, which, if you haven't picked up on it yet, they were all as sweet as could be. Definitely feeling the love at this place and beyond thankful that this is where we ended up (even though I should have just gone here to begin with). I have complete confidence in this amazing office and I'm actually looking forward to coming back.

Initial appointment time was 12 noon for my 4 year old. They called the day before and changed it to 11:30am. Then we get a call the morning of the appointment saying we need to be there at 10:30am. We arrive at 10:30am and then wait until 1pm... our 4 year old hadn't eaten since 6pm the night before. He was crying and saying his stomach hurt. He wasn't allowed to eat breakfast because his appointment was moved to 11:30am and he needed to have at least a 6 hour window with no food. If we had kept his original appointment of 12noon, then he could have eaten breakfast, but they moved up his appointment so he wasn't allowed to eat. During the 2 and a half hour wait we had to walk around the office in search of someone to give us an update. Not once did anyone come to us with any kind of an update. That's pathetic. I have no idea how anyone would give this place a 5 star. Worst service ever. They handled this situation as if they've never handled or dealt with children at all. How could any children's dentist expect a 4 year old to 1, wait in an office for over 2 hours. 2, how could they have nobody come out to do the polite thing and update us. 3, do all this while knowing the 4 year old hadn't eaten anything since the night before at 6pm. My advice to anyone looking to have work done here... DONT!... Run the opposite direction to a different dental office for kids. They have no idea what they're doing here. Not to mention they have dolls in lingerie for kids to play with. Several parents waiting with their children had the same reactions... couldn't believe this was there

This is a testament to how loving and kind Dr Brown and ALL the staff are. They make my daughter feel heard and noticed. She completed a crown and stayed completely still the whole time while Dr Brown cleaned up her teeth. She did not need sedation because she trusted Dr Brown and his staff. I couldn't believe how much has changed since choosing Kidtastic. I'm proud of my daughter and also so glad we came here for the second opinion. It really turned her perspective of dental visits around! I'm so relieved. The front desk staff are all lovely. Phone calls are met with kindness and patience. Would definitely recommend Kidtastic!

The staff claimed they had called and texted me beforehand, but I never received any calls, voicemails, or text messages. What was most frustrating was the lack of any apology or empathy. Instead of trying to help or acknowledging the inconvenience, the staff were rude and dismissive. This was also our third visit to this office, so it was especially disappointing that something as basic as insurance verification wasn't handled properly before our appointment. Having two children's appointments canceled after taking the time to get them there was incredibly frustrating. I expected much better communication and customer service from a pediatric dental office. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I can't recommend this practice.
