Fortunately, I found A1 and Chester here on Yelp/Google... He phoned me back promptly, was here in three days... and made all right with the world again. My hot tub fix was relatively simple, which Chester was able to diagnose pronto... and from there he gave me a full-on tutorial about chemicals, PH, filters and information that really matters to keep my hot tub healthy (I already had the chemicals; he was NOT attempting a hard sell to buy them from him). It turns out I had added so many chemicals when I refilled the tub after it had gotten dirty the first time... that I probably would have melted my own skin off... I had enough chlorine for a full-size pool, ahem. Chester helped me quickly drain it again with his own tools... and then stayed around as I refilled it to make sure I had no airlock issues... and he did not charge me more for the extra time on a Friday afternoon. I found Matt on Yelp, and he came out in the dark a couple days later to measure the size I would need. He showed me where to order the right liner to be sent to me, then came out and spent most of a Sunday installing it. He gave me instructions to replace a portion of the filter line, and stayed available to me via text until I got that fixed successfully.
