She was a little disappointed for what she is used to as far as a pedicure. We both do gel on our toes, and they do charge extra which we don't mind- most salons do charge extra. They have a good selection of gel colors. The fish tank in the middle of the salon is cool too. We both got our nails done, we do a gel overlay with gel polish. My girl was very good for both my toes and nails. Some of the staff is not the friendliest.

My mom got the premium pedicure for $50 and her technician rushed through her service. I opted for the spa pedicure and manicure advertised for $65 and agreed to gel polish on my toes for an additional $15 however at checkout I was charged $40 for the pedicure, $15 for gel and $30 for the manicure (mind you, I didn't even make her paint my nails yet she hardly got my cuticles trimmed which was the entire point). She refused to honor the $65 mani/pedi because I got gel polish. We were really hoping this would be our new salon but onto the next one.

My pedicure was nice, with a long timed massage, but the polish they used was so incredibly old and thick that after 3+ hours of drying time with flip tops on, the second I put on other shoes the polish was ruined. The gel manicure was rushed. After getting halfway through the manicure, I was told the polish color I picked was not available. I was rushed to pick another color even though they didn't have one I wanted. Really, the reason for only 2 stars is due to cleanliness. The manicurist jumped back and forth between me and another customer seated right next to me (no covid-safe spacing here) without washing or sanitizing her hands in between us. Yuck. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

I called two places and they weren't able to squeeze me in for a walk in but TT's welcomed me with open arms and an open nail technician, Hoang! I got a standard manicure with gel polish, my nail tech Hoang even helped reconstruct a nail that I'd been having trouble with lately without me really asking, she just helped me tremendously! I think she used dip powder for the nail reconstruction and it turned out so well! She really took her time and did a great job with cleaning my cuticles, removing old gel polish, and repainting. Truly left me impressed and the price was right, about $45 for the whole thing not including tip. She even ended with hand massages! I haven't had a nail salon do this before so it was the perfect ending to a delightful experience. 10/10 recommend TT's Nail Salon, located right next to the Mattress Firm on City Walk Drive. Plenty of parking and they are open til 7:00 pm, which is perfect for those needing a visit after work. This place isn't nearly as busy as it should be during a holiday week so please go show TT's some love, they have new management and they're so appreciative of the business! Support local :)

She has the magic touch! I don't know what she does but her waxes are definitely less painful than other specialists I have seen. She always cleans up my eyebrows without making them too thin, which is exactly what I like. She finds the perfect amount of sideburn to wax off, and very kindly mentioned I had just a couple of hairs on my chin she could get. She really listens to her clients and has great attention to detail so that I always walk away looking flawless! She also gets bikini waxes done in fewer passes so my skin does not get irritated. She takes great care to look and make sure not a single hair was left behind. I've never had anyone else tweeze my legs! Her eye for precision means I don't have to worry about those pesky short hairs that waxing can miss. She ensures I leave looking and feeling smooth! The Salon is very nice and has a warm atmosphere, figuratively and literally. The temperature is always comfortable and the tables have warmers on them, which is a great touch! Nevertheless, the prices are very reasonable compared to other places. (Please don't raise them because I said that!) So you can get a spa experience for a little less than you would pay at somewhere like European Wax Center. You also get a very nice welcome gift your first time in, which includes a number of coupons to encourage you to try the myriad of services the salon has to offer. I can't wait to try them!
