It really sells it all. Now, I will admit that as a typical girl, I am probably a DIY imbecile, and yet the staff has always been very patient and helpful with me, which I will forever be grateful for. Initially they performed a free inspection to determine the problem then called me an hour after leaving my Mac with them with the result confirming they could resolve it overnight. They did and also checked my files for any corruption. No fuss, no excuses and explained the problem to me in detail that was understandable.
