I found PCHeadache via a search on Google, when my PC "seized" and was rendered unusable. Chris was very responsive when I emailed, came at the time agreed and did a great job, restoring everything as was. Such a relief! It only cost me £70, despite his working for nearly 2 hours straight - he also very kindly cleaned my PC up without being asked (but checking with me first if I was ok for him to do so). As such it runs faster / smoother than before. I can't recommend him highly enough. read more

I visited the store at the end of November for a battery replacement and Face ID repair. After the repair, my phone developed new issues. The speaker started malfunctioning, Face ID works inconsistently, I cannot make phone calls, and when listening to music the sound is distorted and crackling. I returned on 2 February, and the screen was completely replaced in an attempt to fix the issue. Unfortunately, the problem remains exactly the same. Instead of solving the original problem, each visit seems to create more issues. This situation has caused a significant waste of both time and money. I kept returning in good faith, expecting the problem to be resolved, but my phone is now in worse condition than before I brought it in. Overall, while the staff are friendly, the service itself has resulted in more problems rather than solutions.

I had ordered bought and paid for an item on line and been given the option to collect from a store of my choice.mBromley being my local and the fact that I had bought from it before and felt that the staff were good made it a simple choice and it was a Sunday afternoon so who in their right mind wants to fight their way into the west end on a Sunday afternoon!! Once I arrived at the store, which was heaving with the usual people tapping, swiping and testing Apple products, some people did look as though they were just sat doing nothing? I was quickly approached by one of the sales staff who started the useful can I help you pitch. I deflated her a little, once she paused to draw breath, that I had already ordered and paid for my item, so no commission here (if they get any commission on in store sales that is?) but she trooped on and tapped away on her iPod to find and confirm my order was ready for collection. Once my item came out of, I imagine a rather large fort in the back of the store, she asked me if I wanted buy a bag for £0.05p. I know the government have introduced the much needed tax on plastic carrier bags but really Apple convert to paper bags or put a carry handle on the box especially as lots of your items are pocket sized and cost a small fortune!!

I first met Chris when he came to repair my very old computer,lots of problems and the main one was it was running so slow. What a nice,polite,friendly young man,certainly knows his pc repairs. It's know running brilliantly,he also installed google chrome instead of the orange i already had.Wow, what a difference this has made,it remembers sites you have visited and you just click onto them,so much easier,he also installed a wireless pc and mouse,so much better than the original one that came with my pc. I am going to upgrade to a new pc in the future and i will not hesitate to call in Chris and pc headache, he has told me he will advise me on the best one for me,this will be a great help. I can recommend them to anyone,and he turns up at the appointment time. He explains things so that you can understand what he is talking about. I was recommended to use PC headache and have used them twice over the past 4 years. I consider myself capable of being able to solve most problems on my home PC and able to use the usual forums to solve hardware and software problems. Twice I've ended up in a right mess and Chris from PC headache, very calmly and professionally has resolved the problems with a home visit. He is an excellent chap and extremely helpful and very kind. His rates are excellent value for money and I've even had remote support and follow up advice at no charge. We have used P.C Headache on numerous occasions and Chris has always been able to sort out our computers. Chris is always quick at ruturning calls and repairing one of our computer problems even outside of business hours. He is very friendly and is a major computer saver. Being computer illiterate, Chris takes his time to explain things talking us step by step how to do something. The Green household have been using Chris for over 5 years. With 3 computers something always seems to go wrong and Chris is the man. His service is friendly, prompt, professional and he can solve any problem. I was lucky to find Chris, I had been ripped off by a pc repair company and he came to my aid and got me through the problem and didnit charge me anything. I have used his service on and off as required over the last two years and cannot fault him. He reteurns my calls promptly and if he cant attend in person, deals with any problems remotely. I used Chris for the 1st time and he fixed what I thought was a dead computer. I have used him a couple of times since to remedy a few issues using the online support. Not only is it quite strange watching someone control your computer,Chris just seems to whiz all over the screen and rectify the issues. It's like having an emergency breakdown cover for computers.
