THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. I bought a pair of Apple headphones from them, non-originals -exactly as the ones I had before that were working wonderfully, and tried them on my phone after I left the shop. The sound was absolutely terrible and instead of music, all I was hearing was very annoying noise. I tried to listen to an audiobook and I could not even hear what it was saying. AWFUL EXPERIENCE in two words. I got back to them to get a refund and the person in charge of the department REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND and was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. Do not go to this shop if what you're used to is decent customer service. They clearly do not know what they are doing when it comes to that and THEIR PRODUCTS ARE FAULTY FROM THE GET-GO. Do not trust them. They will also REFUSE TO GIVE YOU a refund if you go back with their FAULTY PRODUCTS to ask for one. One of the worst customer service experiences in my life indeed. They should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEIR PRODUCTS ARE FAULTY FROM THE GET-GO, THE STAFF CAN BE EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND IF YOU TELL THEM THAT WHAT YOU JUST BOUGHT DOES NOT WORK.
