I bought a cooker from them in which the oven was faulty right from the start. They refused to…read morehave anything to do with it and completely ignored my references to the Sale of Goods Act. I rejected the goods under the Act and took them to the small claims court. I won my claim and most of my court costs but it was a horrible experience which they made as difficult for me as possible every step of the way. I had a young baby at the time and I regret ever having set foot in this shop. I also discovered after the court hearing that the installation they had arranged was dangerous and did not confirm to 'Gas Safe' standards. I have photographic evidence of this and the court judgement against them is a matter of public record. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Because a pension is seen touching the TV, this means it was delivered. They have allowed criminal behaviour. DO NOT BUY FROM CURRYS CHOOSE JOHN LEWIS. They are a decent company, their customer service is excellent. I could not get in touch with Currys, there is no way of complaining and investigations have taken months. You can read all the similar reviews with other customers having issues. JUST DON'T BUY FROM CURRYS CHOOSE JOHN LEWIS. Left me so stressed having to go through it all. CURRYS HAS NO HUMANITY.
