I rejected the goods under the Act and took them to the small claims court. I won my claim and most of my court costs but it was a horrible experience which they made as difficult for me as possible every step of the way. I had a young baby at the time and I regret ever having set foot in this shop. I also discovered after the court hearing that the installation they had arranged was dangerous and did not confirm to 'Gas Safe' standards. I have photographic evidence of this and the court judgement against them is a matter of public record. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
