i currently do a lot of work on my school PC and thought it would be really use full to have a laptop of my own, as i could afford it. i chose a pretty expensive one but was willing to pay the large price, being able to go into the store and look at the laptops on display was really helpful. when i first went in they had a problem the the servers and had to come back several hours later. when i could finally make a purchase they told me that the only one left i could buy was on display, this wasn't there fault and this didn't bother that much as they could help it, and the one on display was in good shape. what did bother, was when i was told i would have to pay £40, for them to restore it to factory settings and that i couldn't have it if they didn't. i would also have to pay £80 a year for special virus protection. i would also have to pay even more to insure the device, all of this added together would have made up more than half the price of the laptop alone. not to mention i would have had to come back the next day to pick it up. for what was essentially a second hand product i would have to pay far more than if it was new. another thing is that i received no help when trying to choose which one i wanted, and the employee that i talked to was absolutely no help. if you are looking to buy a laptop or anything else buy it online it can be so much cheaper. read more
