After months of working on my 7000 words portfolio, the day before the deadline to submit my assignment, the usb stick stopped working. I walked into laptop doctors, in complete hysteria, onset of panic attack however the staff there was so helpful, completely calmed me down and offered me a glass of water. I gave them my HP Pavilion with a screen flicker problem They kept it for a week and said it was a loose connection. It seemed fine in their shop but when i booted it up back at home the next day- it was even worse than before. The service seems terrible I had been promised it back in 3-4 days it took 7 days. They haven't fixed the problem at all. They have made it worse. I will be going back to them to see if they can really do anything they promisewill post again. JSJ read more

A couple of years ago I took my non-booting pc to Pinner Laptop Doctors. I told them that if necessary the data on it could be wasted as I had it copied to a separate hard disk. To cut a long story short, when it was returned, not only was there no data but there were no applications either! It was a disaster. I asked at least for a copy of Microsoft Office in recompense but was told that I would have to pay for it. Had a great service from these guys! It was quick and best of all they gave me a very good price! Other repair centres I'd asked for a quote for had not even looked at the machine and just gave me a high price. Laptop Doctors took time while I was there to look at the machine and give me a price and what they were going to do. They repaired my machine and it's running really well! Amazing service!! I accidentally spilt some coffee on my laptop and it just shut down. I took it to Laptop Doctors right away, opted for the express service with them and after ONLY TWO HOURS, I got a call for them that they had cleaned it and that my laptop (apart from the keyboard) was working fine! I was so relieved that none of my work was lost. I paid for a new keyboard and took my computer with me.
