The Bulma is like a yummy spa water, with cucumber, jalapeño, lemon, and sparkling water. This place is also a great option if you can't get a reservation at Tigerlily because you still have access to the entire menu, which is amazing. I love the Shikotsu Roll! So flavorful with the wagyu, bone marrow, avocado, cucumber, shallots, garlic, and egg. The Tigerlily roll is also bursting with flavors and textures. The fried Brussels are so good!!!! Wow!! The owners know how to do it! They have it locked in. It is located on Michigan Avenue next to Slow's BBQ in Corktown, so it's easy access for date night, girls night, or anytime!
