I have now used Victory three times. Jeff is my 'go to'!…read more The first time used Victory Plumbing I needed a back-up hot water tank that had failed removed. The project required disconnecting and capping the water lines; disconnecting and capping the gas line; capping the exhaust line; and removal and disposal of the tank. Len the Plumber quoted $1100. Jeff was able to complete the job for $450. Last month, while traveling out of town, my wife called to tell me the hot water tank was leaking. I gave her Jeff's number and asked he to call him, telling him that I would be back in town in early afternoon. Jeff and his apprentice met me at 3:30pm as arranged and replaced my tank within 90 minutes. It was relief to have a professional available for an 'emergency' that I could count upon to show up on time and take care of the problem immediately. Two days ago, Jeff came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a small gas line leak on my fireplace within a very short period of time. His work is always neat ,efficient, and reasonably priced. Lastly, when you call the number, Jeff is the person that answers... and he always answers his phone unless both hands are in a project at that moment.

I requested multiple quotes on Yelp and Thumbtack for a tankless water heater flush. Sam from Redbeard Plumbing was one of the individuals that contacted me about my inquiry. Contrary to what I expected, and what other companies did, Sam provided his honest opinion that I should NOT get a flush done because I had not maintained my heater. He provided a thorough explanation as to why, and answered all of my questions. Even though I technically did not get any service, I am writing a 5 star review because this is the type of company we need to keep in business! I appreciate your honesty. Thank you, Sam!

George runs a tight ship. Even though I'm not local and away from Baltimore, George has always been dependable. He knows his trade, sets clear expectations for price and scheduling, and keeps things straightforward with online payments and receipts. One recent job involved a tricky kitchen drain and strainer install using custom parts I sent him via mail. He handled it smoothly and even upgraded the piping to PVC--an unexpected but welcome improvement. George doesn't just do the work--he tackles each challenge as it comes and finds solutions. Highly recommended.
