The manager Bo is super friendly, caring, and just an awesome human! My favorite coaches are Brandon, Karah, and Mike. They each are super friendly, encouraging, and caring. Throughout my experience, I have lost weight, gain muscles, gotten faster, lifted heavier, and felt great in my body! The environment is welcoming, the music while working out gets me pumped, and I love that each workout is different and I always have a coach helping me out along the way. I am a regular at OTF University and OTF Butler Plaza. Yesterday (08/06/2020) I ventured over to the Millhopper location for the very first time to use the gym and visit my favorite Coach Cosmo. I had never been to this gym before and sadly had to use a GPS to find it as I never ever go over to that side of town. Once I arrived I parked my car and got in line to workout. The line was pretty long and it was full of new faces I have never seen before. People were very friendly and talkative while waiting in line. Once inside the gym it is a big L Shape with treadmills and rowers on one side of the room and the weight room on the other. It was super nice. I will say this gym is a little smaller than Butler and University, but it is the oldest location in Gainesville and they were able to see the small size and make the other gyms bigger because of this. I highly recommend this gym if you're looking for a great workout.

Axis training is a great small cross training studio for any fitness level. I felt right at home in my first class and the owner/manager made a point to introduce themselves and talk a little bit about their studio. Target Demographic for this gym seems to vary but ages range from 25-65 with all varying fitness levels and specialty in taking care of previous injuries. I took my first class with taylor Allen and she really made me feel taken care of while still feeling like a "regular" at their studio. Class sizes are small (i think maybe 6 people were in my 11:15 am Friday class) but there's no need to be intimidated as the trainers and members are super friendly/non-judge mental. Corprate was notified of my wish to cancel by training staff but never canceled it. So I was charged an additional 2 months... and despite numerous attempts I have not Ben given a refund. Now I froze my membership since I would be having surgery and not using gym. The guy at front desk said it was fine and would b frozen starting aprill 1st... yet lo and behold I get billed for aprill. Upon calling gym they said it was never frozen. So they will freeze it now but I can't get a refund for last month even though they were ones who screwed up. I will now be suing them for all the money they owe me and never using this gym again.
