The manager Bo is super friendly, caring, and just an awesome human! My favorite coaches are Brandon, Karah, and Mike. They each are super friendly, encouraging, and caring. Throughout my experience, I have lost weight, gain muscles, gotten faster, lifted heavier, and felt great in my body! The environment is welcoming, the music while working out gets me pumped, and I love that each workout is different and I always have a coach helping me out along the way. I am a regular at OTF University and OTF Butler Plaza. Yesterday (08/06/2020) I ventured over to the Millhopper location for the very first time to use the gym and visit my favorite Coach Cosmo. I had never been to this gym before and sadly had to use a GPS to find it as I never ever go over to that side of town. Once I arrived I parked my car and got in line to workout. The line was pretty long and it was full of new faces I have never seen before. People were very friendly and talkative while waiting in line. Once inside the gym it is a big L Shape with treadmills and rowers on one side of the room and the weight room on the other. It was super nice. I will say this gym is a little smaller than Butler and University, but it is the oldest location in Gainesville and they were able to see the small size and make the other gyms bigger because of this. I highly recommend this gym if you're looking for a great workout.

She has a ton of awesome trainers who really know what they are talking about. Dayne is my favorite of the trainers and does a fantastic job and makes sure you know exactly what you are getting. They have been systematically eliminating the Body Pump class, which is very popular resulting in the remaining classes being very crowded to the point that they sometimes run out of equipment. Now, the fans in the group fitness room (where Body Pump is held) have not been working for about a month. The room is crammed with bodies and though there is air conditioning, it is not enough. We have complained and are told they are working on it. Again, it has been a month. We are convinced that this would not happen at the other two centers. Unfortunately we are a captured audience with really no other options.
