Each sauna is equipped with 15 min or 30 min workouts with a virtual instructor where you book them via the Hotworx app. The studio also has a mini gym in the back with TRX bands, free weights, and kettlebells. Also, there's bathrooms with showers as well. I love that this place is open 24/7 where you have access via an individual code or through the Brivo Pass app. When the staff is there, they are pretty friendly and ensure that the gym stays clean and saunas are warmed up for your workout. My 3 favorite workouts here are Hot Core, Hot Cycle (15 min HIIT class) , and Hot Pilates. If you decide to join or try a free workout - be prepared for A LOT of sweat. So make sure you drink a lot of water prior, during, and after. I love the concept of being able to further accelerate detoxification while increasing my heart rate to maximize fat loss and burning calories. If you stay consistent with the workouts, in no time you will see and feel amazing results physically and mentally!

I am a regular at OTF University and OTF Butler Plaza. Yesterday (08/06/2020) I ventured over to the Millhopper location for the very first time to use the gym and visit my favorite Coach Cosmo. I had never been to this gym before and sadly had to use a GPS to find it as I never ever go over to that side of town. Once I arrived I parked my car and got in line to workout. The line was pretty long and it was full of new faces I have never seen before. People were very friendly and talkative while waiting in line. Once inside the gym it is a big L Shape with treadmills and rowers on one side of the room and the weight room on the other. It was super nice. I will say this gym is a little smaller than Butler and University, but it is the oldest location in Gainesville and they were able to see the small size and make the other gyms bigger because of this. I highly recommend this gym if you're looking for a great workout.

Now I froze my membership since I would be having surgery and not using gym. The guy at front desk said it was fine and would b frozen starting aprill 1st... yet lo and behold I get billed for aprill. Upon calling gym they said it was never frozen. So they will freeze it now but I can't get a refund for last month even though they were ones who screwed up. I will now be suing them for all the money they owe me and never using this gym again.

I was forced to call the police and file a report for vandalism. When I went to the gym the next day I saw the staff member whom deflated my tires and another member at the desk. I asked for the manger and they lied and said he wasn't there. Then began screaming at me to get out of here. All I was doing was asking for the manager to make a complaint. The manager must have heard them screaming because he then showed up but to my surprise he then asked me to leave as well. All I wanted to ask was if he had seen the footage on the cameras. Then the staff member tried to threaten me saying get out of here or else. When I said or else what he tried come at me aggressively still screaming get out. The culture at this gym is toxic. Staff are clearly friends with each other and protect their own, no matter how out of line they are. Complaints against employees go nowhere. The environment is full of wannabe tough guys talking trash, and staff do absolutely nothing to intervene or help members who are being disrespected. If you try to complain about a staff member they will kick you out, cancel your membership then keep your money. This is what happened to me. I understand staff doesn't get paid much so they don't care about their minimum wage jobs and treat customers without respect but a certain level of professionalism is at least expected and definitely not being aggressive with a customer for asking for a manager and screaming for them to get out. If you value your safety, your property, or basic professionalism, stay far away from this Chuze Fitness. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to rethink it.

Orthopedics & rehabilitation are specialities here (many insurances are accepted), but this center is for general fitness as well, which is my reason for membership. If you want the assistance of a personal trainer (shared), you'll pay $75 per month; it's nice to be able to select what thirty day periods you want the extra help. There aren't equipment waits here unless you work out early (6:00 AM-ish), but the downer is the limited gym hours on Saturdays & full closure on Sundays. There is a parking garage behind the fitness center; parking is free w/ a validated pass. If you, too, rebel against socioeconomic-exclusive, pretty gyms filled w/ lots of pretty people in brand name workout clothing, this just may be the place for you; it's not the ridiculous $52 monthly you'll pay there for dressed up college kids working part-time to set machines for you. If you aren't in the market for young beauties of both genders, you don't require a pool or more machines than what's necessary to get a good workout, you like to manage your $$$ well, & you just want to get fit or stay fit, this fitness center might be for you.
